Yes it is normal, it will take as long as it takes, different people take different amounts of time. Soon you will know it is time to hang out in the loo. I just got neked and sat on the stool, then jumped in the shower and washed, then sat on the stool again and repeated till done. This is the worst part tomorrow will be a trip a real trip. Good luck with the report!

Give it time. You need time to digest the liquid, which takes a little more than a half hour. But once you start going, you will wish you could stop.

This will sound harsh but God helps those who help themselves. You seem to feel hopeless and it's not fair to blame that on God. Are you on medications? Because that's a chemical imbalance in the brain and you should take medication for bipolar disorder. Watch your diet and EXERCISE--you won't believe the positive effects light exercise has. Adopt a dog and take it out for walks with your kids. But don't keep having the attitude you do. Remember, face the sun, and your shadows will fall behind you.
