First of all, you CANNOT spot-reduce a body part such as the belly by doing crunches or sit-ups, or in your case the thighs. You have to lose your overall body fats. Generally speaking, you are considered lean if your body fat is below 13% for a guy and 17% for a girl. In order to lose body fat, you need to lose some weight. The fastest way is to do cardiovascular exercises such as running or swimming consistently. Keep in mind that your body can only lose 1 kg a week at best. If you lose more then your body is likely to be losing muscle or hydration level as well, so do your maths. If you want to lose weight, first of all mind your diet. You'll lose fat if you burn more calories than you take in everyday. Generally, avoid sugary or greasy food and you'll have a healthy diet. Avoid junk food, alcoholic and soft drinks as well. Do your running once every other day with at least moderate intensity (no jogging, but sprinting is fine) until you can no longer move a leg. Do this at least 3 times a week. The most important thing is consistency and discipline. You'll get slower result if you skip a day of running, it will only take about 30 minutes a day. Skipping meals is not healthy, instead you become more immune to diseases and your weight becomes unstable. Try not to weigh yourself too often, since your weight varies throughout the day. You'll probably suffer for the first two weeks. From then on, it becomes a healthy lifestyle. Good luck.

It's a common, common thing. People both fat AND skinny suffer from cellulite. Luckily, there are lots of way to get rid of cellulite that you can use. Here are a couple... - Creams. I know you said they DON'T work, but they really DO. Not all of them, mind you, but a handful can and WILL make cellulite less visible. Some can actually make it disappear altogether. You CAN'T use store bought creams or the bargain brand, as those won't work. Got to get your anti cellulite cream for a specialty website, one that actually specializes in cellulite treatment creams. ALWAYS, and I mean ALWAYS, try a cream before you buy. If it doesn't have a free trial or risk free period its not worth getting. No cream works for everyone, and you might have skin that the cream doesn't respond well to. - Cellulite Massager. Simple at-home tool that can be used daily to improve the look & feel of the skin. If used daily, improved blood-flow, lymphatic drainage, and circulation will be the end result. You probably don't know this, but if you increase those things and keep them at a high level, cellulite will die and melt away. Why? Because it thrives when it "lives" in inactive areas of the body, areas that are hard to reach with exercise. - Dieting. Not regular weight loss diets, but actual cellulite diets. No junk foods or soft drinks, lots of bright veggies & fruits, lean meats, fatty fish, nuts, low-fat dairy, and a wide assortment of other foods. - Body Wraps. Not my favorite technique, but they can work with the right ingredients and a proper cellulite cream. - Exercise: Cardio and aerobic exercise can help to firm and tighten specific areas of the body. Not only that, but exercises will increase bloodflow and circulation, both of which, as I explained, help get rid of cellulite. Okay then, I think that just about covers some of the more powerful methods of cellulite removal. Good Luck!

There's this new cream by Nivea. I just got it at Target and it's about 10 bucks. I've been using it for a week now and I'm starting to see results. It doesn't remove cellulite but it does decrease the appearance of cellulite. It's called Goodbye Cellulite by Nivea. It's worth a try.

Squats, butt lifts, lunges and ham string excercises work best. Also, you can check out non-surgical Velasmooth, Endermologie and Mesotherapy. Cellulite is caused by two things, 1) Fatty tissue and 2) Connective tissue. The first can be taken care of primarily by diet and working out. Drink your fair share of water, don't eat too much and work out to maintain your metabolism. The second is more problematic and gets worse as you age because collagen is not regenerated so the tissue becomes less elastic. Also, most people gain weight as they age because of a less active life style and a drop in metabolism. This is where Velasmooth or mesotherapy come in handy. The attached site has more info.

I would try Mary Kay's TimeWise Cellu-Shape Contouring System. It takes 1/2 off each thigh and "after 4 weeks, 81% of women had firmer skin". Awesome stuff! Smells good too! Here's the site: http://www.marykay.com/angelatrent/spabody/bodycare/10010451/ I have some free samples if you would like to try it. Just email me your name, address, and include that you would like a sample of the Cellu-Shape Contouring System at: [email protected] You can also order the set on the site above. This stuff really works. Also works on your "wings"! That's where I use it the most! I hope this helps! Take care!
