anything from the Lanza healing haircare line. i use to have that problem all the time when i would use cheep products for the supermarket but then i switched to Lanza after my stylist recommended it and i have not seen a split end since and i blow dry my hair every night and curl or flat iron it every morning. the only problem is it might be a little on the expensive side if you dot want to spend a ton of money but it is sooooo worth it the shampoo and conditioner are 20 dollars a bottle and the straightening balm call Strait-line which i SWEAR by its like god in a bottle it smooths frizz eliminates curls and waves and reduces damage was also about 20 but it is really worth the investment i promise within a week youll see a difference

I would suggest using a shampoo and conditioner that is for damaged hair. Also try and find a deep conditioner treatment. I know Garnier Fructis has one. I'm sure all the other brands do as well. When you deep condition, try not to straighten your hair until the next day. Olive oil treatments are also really good for your hair. And don't wash your hair everyday, it does more damage than good. Wash your hair every other day.

reliable question and you gained some great solutions...I somewhat enjoyed Orpheus' tale - that hatred is like taking poison and wishing the single you hate might die... And, Blueboot's description approximately hatred resonating at a decrease frequency vibration... which might IMO reason greater influence on the hater, besides because of fact the certainty that a greater progressed expertise would be greater susceptible and perplexed via this damaging power directed at them, is a needed factor. One attention i might upload to the blend, is that like the little boy interior the tale of the two wolves, hatred occurs as a consequence of others shaming habit in direction of us, that may exhibit itself as bullying and actual abuse besides as common condescension and push aside. All are the two maddening and hatred is for many childrens, the only thank you to stability out the insufferable frequency of disgrace it quite is unsustainable and debilitating. it relatively is a survival reaction. staring at it quite is the thank you to detach from the habit. And, additionally, at the same time as we could hate because of fact our actual Self has been disrespected or marginalized, attacked or abused, we additionally will take in those frequency types from the shielding egos in our early ecosystem. If this reaction of anger/hatred has exchange right into a potential of balancing out the deep unresolved disgrace of our caregivers or others interior the early ecosystem, we are able to tend to mimic it internally and act a similar way. and oldsters who sense deeply ashamed will greater usually project it onto a baby to get rid of it. yet, the disgrace and hatred we study to sense isn't continuously our very own....this is a made of indoctrination via kin, community, and subculture, and have no longer something to do with Self.

Well you can't "repair" damaged hair because it is dead matter. You also can't make it grow faster... no oils, no shampoos, no vitamins, nothing will make your hair grow faster.... you can, however, alter your diet with more water, vegetables, fruits etc which makes your hair grow in more nicely (but not at a faster rate). Your hair grows about 1/2 inch per month You can use a deep conditioner/hair mask, which will improve the texture of your hair. This can be done with hair mask at the store, or it can be done with olive oil, coconut oil, avocados, mayo, egg yolks, or a mixture of them. I prefer coconut oil. Either way you do it, use something like this once a week for about 30 minutes before washing your hair. Use a sulfate-free shampoo... sulfates damage hair, and for some reason they put it in a lot of moisturizing shampoos and it defeats the purpose of trying to "moisturize" your hair. Don't wash your hair every day, try 3 times per week (if you're like me and have super-dry and curly hair, you can get by with once a week). Don't wash your whole head of hair, just take shampoo and scrub at the scalp; this is the proper way to wash your hair. Most people just slosh the shampoo all around their hair which just makes your hair dry. When you rinse out your conditioner, rinse it with cold water. It doesn't need to be ice cold, just as cold as you can stand it. Do this for about 30 seconds more than you normally would, to ensure that all the crap is out of your hair Once a week, take 2 tbsp of apple cider vinegar in 1-2 cups of water, and pour it in your hair after shampooing. This conditions your hair and gets rid of buildup from silicones and other crap left behind from the shampoo, conditioner, or any other product you use. then rinse with cold water. This will keep your hair shiny and it will prevent your hair from going flat due to buildup... creating hair with more body to it hope I helped
