Well you can't "repair" damaged hair because it is dead matter. You also can't make it grow faster... no oils, no shampoos, no vitamins, nothing will make your hair grow faster.... you can, however, alter your diet with more water, vegetables, fruits etc which makes your hair grow in more nicely (but not at a faster rate). Your hair grows about 1/2 inch per month
You can use a deep conditioner/hair mask, which will improve the texture of your hair. This can be done with hair mask at the store, or it can be done with olive oil, coconut oil, avocados, mayo, egg yolks, or a mixture of them. I prefer coconut oil. Either way you do it, use something like this once a week for about 30 minutes before washing your hair.
Use a sulfate-free shampoo... sulfates damage hair, and for some reason they put it in a lot of moisturizing shampoos and it defeats the purpose of trying to "moisturize" your hair. Don't wash your hair every day, try 3 times per week (if you're like me and have super-dry and curly hair, you can get by with once a week). Don't wash your whole head of hair, just take shampoo and scrub at the scalp; this is the proper way to wash your hair. Most people just slosh the shampoo all around their hair which just makes your hair dry.
When you rinse out your conditioner, rinse it with cold water. It doesn't need to be ice cold, just as cold as you can stand it. Do this for about 30 seconds more than you normally would, to ensure that all the crap is out of your hair
Once a week, take 2 tbsp of apple cider vinegar in 1-2 cups of water, and pour it in your hair after shampooing. This conditions your hair and gets rid of buildup from silicones and other crap left behind from the shampoo, conditioner, or any other product you use. then rinse with cold water. This will keep your hair shiny and it will prevent your hair from going flat due to buildup... creating hair with more body to it
hope I helped
