Question: I need to find 2 healthy eating recipes that emphasize tasting delicious low in fat low or cholesterol free or high in fiber and i need a complete recipe for both

You can try www.lightandtasty.com. This is the website for the cooking magazine Light and Tasty (a healthy spin off of the magazine Taste of Home). You can do a "nutritional search" of the their recipe database, which allows you to check boxes for low fat, high fiber, etc. while seaching recipes based upon key ingredients.

i can say a healthy recipe is something that doesnt envolve sugar, and oil...or even salt...if u can do without the 3...in ur recipe...ur health will improve 100%.and if u dont believe me,check on the web over north-portuguese food...i tell u that my grandma she did the best recipes ever without having to use the 3...because they are very unhealthy...and honestly i also tell u that since i moved abroad and tried different recipes,my health is crap...so i very much prefer the food from the north, ancient portugal...if ur confused,is same as eating steamed veggies,boiled poatoes...and eggs,etc but without anything else in it;-) great!;-)

How about chicken, with Italian tomato sauce or salsa, wrapped in foil and backed in the oven ( no fat) and rice and veggies. Or pork chops, seasoned with onion soup mix, can of cream of mushroom soup, potatoes peeled and quartered, combine all in a baking dish, cover with aluminum foil and bake in over for about 1 1/2 - 2 hours on no more then 300F, serve with salad.
