Take some Ginger root for the nausea. You can buy it at any health food store. Eat yogurt, this helps restore the natural flora lost (from throwing up and diarrhea) into the intestines. The beneficial live cultures (bacteria) contained in yogurt will help balance the stomachs immune function. Take some echinacea, it is anti-viral, taken with goldenseal and garlic combined acts as a natural anti-biotic. Papaya enzymes, this will soothe your stomach and intestines while helping to break down the foods you eat. Stay away from spicy foods as much as possible until you are 100% better. Vitamin C, boosts the immune system, helps with cell turnover and recovery. Drink plenty of good clean water, your body needs it for cleansing, and to replenish the water lost from throwing up and diarrhea. Eat soft foods, drink fruit juices, use organic whenever possible on all of the above mentioned. I am going to pray for you, and send you Reiki. I also suggest for you to pray as well. You have tight muscles in your back causing those problems for the tight muscles can press into the nerves, as they leave the spine, going to the organs to cause them problems. Pressure on the nerves to your stomach will cause it to release more gastric acid to burn your stomach lining. The extra acid is going through your system burning all the delicate tissues so they are passing it out of your system faster so they don't burn, to cause the diarrhea. To get rid of this problem you have to free up your back muscles to get the pressure off the nerves and here's how to free them up: Back: (do from a sitting position) Place your left hand on your left leg next to your body. Place your right hand over your left shoulder, fingers over the back and the palm in the front and firmly pull down on them and hold. After 30 seconds slowly lower your body forward and to the outside of your left leg, keeping your left arm fairly straight as you do. When you reach your lap remain there for another 10 seconds, release the pressure but rest there for another 30 seconds. Then reverse your hand positions and do your right side. For best results relax your body first by taking a deep breath and exhaling then remain this relaxed.

drinking tea and eating bits of banana, applesauce, or toast should help with the diarrhea(if you feel like vomiting after try to eat small amounts and in between a couple of hours) hope you feel better soon :)

Yeah, sounds like pretty bad constipation. I'd definitely start off by drinking a few glasses of water to hydrate yourself. If you've been taking fiber pills without drinking enough water it will constipate you. Sometimes drinking a large glass of quality water every ten minutes for half an hour will offer quick relief. Other helpful tips: Eat plenty of foods high in pectin, such as apples, carrots, beets, citrus fruits, dried peas, and okra. Avoid diary products, soft drinks, meat, white flour, highly processed foods, salt, coffee, alcohol, or sugar. Prunes and figs are natural laxatives. Physical activity speeds the movement of waste through the intestines. A 20 minute walk can relieve constipation. If you use laxatives, take acidophilus (or probiotic supplement) to replace the "friendly" bacteria. The continued use of laxatives cleans out the intestinal bacteria and leads to chronic constipation. Enemas and colon hydrotherapy (colonic) are also beneficial on a periodic basis for cleansing or constipation. Although, not everyone has the courage to follow through with these last two :) **Neither I or the author of the above referenced material is engaged in rendering professional advice or services to the reader.
