I myself used to be overweight until High School. Eat more calories, PLEASE. You'll have no energy and be so sluggish all the time, I'm not even kidding, It's horrible.
1. No soda or Juice since it just has sugar and caffeine. Try drinking sparkling flavored water, The kind you get from Raley's. It tastes SOO good and it has no calories, no sugars, no carbs, no anything. It's really cheap too.
2. Eat at least 1400 Calories a day.
3. Try eating apples since they are negative calories, It's a good trick.
4. Chew gum when you get hungry.
5. Here comes the suckish part, Exercising. Personally I hate it. SO MUCH. And even though I'm not overweight now I still hate it. Just try walking for 30 minutes a day for a week, and each week add 7 minutes to your walks. :) It's the easiest way to exercise.
6. Colon Cleansing. You don't have to do this like I did. But it helped me lose the weight quick. I mixed tons of colon cleanse & diet pills together. I used Acai Berry & Fat Burn Cleanse, It comes in a package together. It's 15 dollars. I Mixed that with Soltray Colon Cleanse and that's 11 dollars. I also took Hydroxycut and Hoodia Gordanii
Now here's the thing, With Diet pills and Colon Cleansers you MUST eat, but make sure it's not junk food.. atleast 2 meals a day.I mainly ate turkey sandwhiches on wheat bread with no mayo or mustard or cheese, just plain. I drank the sparkling water with it. I know my answer will get a lot of thumbs down but I'm only trying to help you be happier, right? If you decide to to colon cleansing... Take the Acai Berry & Fat burn cleanse first thing in the morning. 2 each along with 2 Hoodia Gordanii pills. Wait 30 minutes and then eat. An hour after eating take 2 soltray colon cleanse pills along with Hydroxycut. Take 2 more each of the Acai Berry & Fat Burn cleanse along with 2 Hoodia before you eat dinner. Then you're done for the day.
