Question: I am trying to loose 200 lbs. I have already lost 77. I am going from 336 lbs to (hopefully) 135 lbs. I work out 4-7 times a week lifting weights, cardio and ab work outs. I also drink about 80-100 oz of water a day and use vitamin e enriched lotion daily. I know that loose skin depends on age(I'm going to be 21) and amount of time you've been over weight (my entire life sad i know) as well as amount of weight you want to loose. I'm wondering if there is anything else I can do to help reduce my risk. I'm not saying I don't expect some loose skin seeing as its a LOT of weight to loose, but I've seen some pictures of woman who have nearly normal bodies and have lost almost 250 lbs, but have also seen horrible pictures of woman who have lost 70 lbs and look like they are wearing a loose skin suite. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Congratulations! You have a lot to be proud of for getting yourself healthy and trim. A lot of the skin will shrink - think of how long it took it to stretch to that size - but wait until you are at goal before deciding anything. You are young so that will help in the shrinking but you may end up having to have a tuck in a few places. The ads you see that are women who have perfect bodies have been touched up or even photo shopped ( if they are even true) so do not go by that. Just don't give up - and take lots of pictures along the way. You will need them for a boost anytime you start to back-slide..

Yea i think of u can if u shop on with what your doing, yet in spite of if u lose a million/2 the load ur going to be noticing how solid u look interior the approach, and mite prefer to in hassle-free terms take it sluggish. i'm 4'11 and 195lbs final time I checked, and that i'm taking this nutrition ordinary element sluggish. only ingesting greater at homestead as a replace of ingesting out, eating greater water, and not ingesting after 8:30. So solid luck to the the two one individuals :)

ok well they hav this cream stuff...im not sure whats its called... but it lik tightens skin or something. but if that doesnt help u would have to get lik some surgery to get the skin off

I myself used to be overweight until High School. Eat more calories, PLEASE. You'll have no energy and be so sluggish all the time, I'm not even kidding, It's horrible. 1. No soda or Juice since it just has sugar and caffeine. Try drinking sparkling flavored water, The kind you get from Raley's. It tastes SOO good and it has no calories, no sugars, no carbs, no anything. It's really cheap too. 2. Eat at least 1400 Calories a day. 3. Try eating apples since they are negative calories, It's a good trick. 4. Chew gum when you get hungry. 5. Here comes the suckish part, Exercising. Personally I hate it. SO MUCH. And even though I'm not overweight now I still hate it. Just try walking for 30 minutes a day for a week, and each week add 7 minutes to your walks. :) It's the easiest way to exercise. 6. Colon Cleansing. You don't have to do this like I did. But it helped me lose the weight quick. I mixed tons of colon cleanse & diet pills together. Then you're done for the day. You'll lose weight this way. But really be careful, seriously. Walking will help get rid of extra skin while you're losing weight.
