Question: It's not that I'm fat. Although I am over weight. It's just that I'm unhealthy. I have a huge sweet tooth. So, it's hard. I need advice. That's about it.

Loosing weight fast is always an unhealthy thing. There are many diets who tell you that you can loose a lot of weight in no time. And it is working, but you are doing no good to your body. And there's also the Jojo-effect. The best thing to loose and hold a healthy weight is healthy food, less sugar, lots of drinking water, and sports. Diet has to begin in your head. And you already started to think about your nutrition. That's an important step. It is too easy just to make a magazine-diet for 2-3 weeks and loose some weight. But it will come back soon again. If you are over-thinking your nutrition and activity, you will have a constantly good result. Isn't that much better and healthier than a crash-diet ? Loosing a lot of weight fast doesn't mean to slim your tummy. It's not working that way. It's a long process to bring your tummy back in shape. You are pretty the way you are , honey. Don't do anything bad to your body. And don't listen to people who want to sell you diet pills or other stuff. I know I had a terrible sweet tooth and loved chocolate. I've found the greatest thing. I now take bee pollen. It kills your cravings because your body only craves things when you are lacking nutritionally. Bee pollen has everything you need and it gives you energy. I'm down 20 pounds (safetly!!) and feel better than I have in years. I'm so glad I tried it. I get mine from bee royal products. It's the cheapest i've found and the people at the office are really cool and very knowledgeable. You can find them on the web! GOOD LUCK!

Perhaps you won't believe but the truth is 'you lose weight only when you really wish to, otherwise doing this or that will work for sometime and when you discontinue, you become as you were before'. Now the advice is : If you really wish to lose weight, determine first to lose it. Then see what makes you uneasy with weight which you want to lose. That will show the way and the device, both.

Increase your exercise. Drink 1/2 your weight in ounces of water. Don't lose more than 2 lbs a week or you will gain it back. Stock your frig with fruit ...have it ready for snack time. Don't drink soft drinks. Don't have junk food in your house.

keep a diet under 2,000 calories daily depending on age if your a kid keep it under 1,500 and workout 20 min a day every other day. stick to it and you will eventually lose weight. dont take those weight loss pills though

hun you don't want to lose weight too fast! The faster you lose it - the more likely you are to gain it back. Of coarse, i'm sure you've heard it before but the proper way to lose weight is thru diet and exercise. If you can afford it, maybe you should give a diet organization a trie. For example - Weight Watchers. I did weight watchers for just under six months and lost about 50 pounds which is a pretty fast rate! It's easy to follow and the more you exersise the more you get to eat! If you can't afford the commitment (i know it can get expensive) why don't you try keeping a food journal with all the foods and drinks you consume? It will give you a reality check of what your actually eating/drinking ona daily basis. Goodluck and i'm sure you'll do great! :D
