It's not that easy. First off, insurance companies do not write in every state and their policies are different in each state which they do write. If I gave a list of companies that cover these surgeries in my it would do you little good unless you also lived in my state. Even if the insurance companies are the same in both states the policies will be different. Second, if your BMI is high enough for you to be a candidate for surgery your BMI will be so high that you'll be declined if you try to apply with any individual companies. All companies that do cover weight loss surgery will have a weight reduction program which you must attend, and you must try to lose weight on this program for 6 to 12 months (depending on the insurance company). Third, your breast will get smaller if you loose weight, so you may not need the reduction surgery. If you still do you'll need a doctor to say it is medically necessary. The only way for you to get somebody else to pay for your surgery(ies) will be to get a job with a company that has good health insurance benefits. Then, after the required waiting periods, you'll get help paying for the procedures.

Most insurance do not cover cosmetic surgery. Some Dr.s will finance the surgery with a good down payment, depends on the Dr.

Usually PS's wait until you are 18, however there are exceptions. I know FIFTEEN year olds who have gotten a breast reduction done. So any that says "noone will operate on someone under 18" doesn't know the facts. The reason PS's want you to wait is because you are not yet done growing. If you get one now, you could still get really big and need another reduction in the future. I would talk to your mom and talk to your doctor and PS about a breast reduction. You CAN get it done. There are exceptions. Check out this site: http://www.breasthealthonline.com
