Question: I'm 5'5 and a half and i weigh 167 lbs! i couldn't believe it when they told me at the doctor and its gross, i don't feel like i look fat, maybe a lil chubby around my stomach...i need a really good diet that is healthy and not based upon a lot of exercise bc i have barely any time it sucks i feel so unhealthy! help!

First & most important don't think of things like"going on a diet" think more of a lifestyle change. Try a group like weight watchers, it worked for me. next stop making excuses for yourself like " i barely have time to exercise." Thats BS if you want to lose weight you need to exercise. Even going for a half hour walk will have a positive effect on your body. Little things like reducing your portion sizes, cutting all fat off meat, filling up with fruit & veges, opting for low gi foods, having less junk food, replacing sugar with a sweetner, not cooking in oil, fat or butter are all positive changes. Good luck & remember there is no fast or quick & easy ways to lose weight, not if you want to keep it off.........

Havent you heard that fifteen minutes of stretching and calisthenics in the morning is equavalent to a one hour workout later on in the day. Dont tell me, you cant afford to get up fifteen to 20 minutes earlier to get fitter? Also eat watever you think is healthy, coz really it doesnt matter so much as long as you are getting a balanced diet.

I would go with the meat, egg cheese diet. 40 carbs a day. no bread. no soda. no sugar. WATER! works well...you can loose about 10 to 15 lbs a month.

dispose of ALL fried foods.... thats a huge start absoltely no fried foods snacks no more than 150 calories when you have exxtra time go for a walk, job, bike ride anything...
