I exercise for maybe 90 minutes in the day. around 1:15. I normally just stretch and do some running exercises. later, I play a sport for maybe 20 minutes. i also walk around and go up and down stairs with maybe 15 pound weights. i still have a belly, and I want to lose it, Im starting exercise more, by doing Denise Austin workout video, but how can I lose my belly naturally? Also, and good home exercises I can do to lose some pounds? I have wii fit both 1 and 2.

here are some easy steps
1 - (if your parents say that u are too young to lose weight or they say you are just a kid)
Tell your parents that you are trying to improve your health. If they know this, they will side by you. If you tell them you're trying to lose pounds, they will worry that you will become too skinny or anorexic and will tell you not to.
2 - Don't starve yourself; just eat healthily. Always eat three meals a day and a couple of snacks in between.. If you skip breakfast, it makes you put on weight because then your body then goes into starvation mode and actually stores fat! Try to cut out most of the sugary, high-fat, and high-sodium foods.
3 - Go through your pantry and get rid of unhealthy foods. Things that tempt you, like sugary cereals, will no longer tempt you if they're in the trash. Or, if you have family members that want the cereal, give it to them to hide. And don't go looking for it.
4 - Help your parents stock up on healthy foods on your next trip to the grocery store. Pick things like fruits, vegetables, chicken, turkey, fish, whole wheat bread, and low-fat dairy, like yogurt and milk.
5 - Set up a healthy exercise routine. You will want to set a certain amount, like 30 minutes a day, 6 days a week. Then find ways to make it fun. Pop into your roller blades, jump rope, do an exercise video (Firm and Self are good ones), bike to the park, walk the dog, walk to school, or wake up early and take a jog. You could also take up sport lessons or a team sport. But remember, it's important to stick to your plan. Don't skip days or go for less time than you promised.
6 - Order something healthy when eating out. For example, grilled chicken with a side of vegetables is a lot healthier than a burger and fries.
7 - Drink lots of water, and limit your soda intake. Not only does water make you feel full, but it can save you hundreds of calories whenever you choose it over soda. It will also help you digest food better and keep you hydrated. You should be drinking about eight glasses a day. Find a way to incorporate drinking water into your schedule-like, two glasses at each meal and one glass in between meals. Also, drinking ice water burns calories by using them to heat the water to your body temperature.
8 - Chew slowly. When you're eating food chew slowly and make sure all of your food is finely "mushed". Not only does this help your digestive system, but it makes you feel full rather than stuff yourself with food and then ask for more later. The reason for this is that if the food is unchewed, it stays chunky all through your digestion and builds up in the stomach area.
9 - Don't just chew slowly, EAT slowly! If you actually eat slower, you feel fuller! This is because your brain takes up to 20 MINUTES to tell your body you ate. So if you try and eat slow, by the time you finish, the message is sent, and no more 2nd servings. You will feel great!

I found the book to be very informative and easy to read. I've lost 17 pounds in 12 days, I'm just concerned that I'm losing too much weight, too quickly. I will admit I haven't followed the guide exactly. I'm not sticking perfectly to the listed foods and meal plans (but mostly) and doing very little exercise, but the weight keeps flying off. It clearly works and if I'd followed it exactly I think it would scare the living daylights out of me because of the amount that I'd lose. So thanks again for the information. I've never purchased anything like this before because they are usually full of trash, but 3WD has been a pleasant surprise. Get started today!
Dont be sooo Obsessed with loosing weight x im sure you look fine x and anyway try doing more exercise and eating less only if you eat loadss!!!! ON youtube there are plenty of fitness videos try them out they might work xxxxx hope i helped xxx
Well, exercising is good to do, of course you do that already. Eat healthy foods. Don't eat stuff like 100 calories snack packs, or packaged foods. Eat natural foods, like salads, steak, eggs, stuff like that.
try doing more core exercises. i got three.
lay down on your back and move your legs up and down like scissors.
lay down on your back and do ins and outs, legs together pushing both legs into the air, huddle to your chest and out like a kick. repeat.
these are called obleaks; lay down on your back in a sit up position but instead of sitting all the way up you go up a little bit and its out to the side. Stretch your arms out leaning up alternating sides. its like picking up something at your waist and putting it on the other side of your waist.
for this one you need a partner: lay down on your back and have your partner stand over you. his feet next to your head (lol for the first time it may seem a lil uncomfortable). both legs together lift them up and bring them into an L shape so your partner grabs your feet. have him/her push them down. DONT LET YOUR FEET HIT THE FLOOR. i recommend having him/her push your feet at a lot of power but you can have them push gently. also you may want to grabs your partners ankles
