Question: I am fat and really shouldn't be eating, but I can't help it. I love food. I never really thought of 'eating' as in issue until recently, when I'm aware of the fact that I am putting on weight. I am 4'11 and I weigh 115... that's bad. I should ideally weigh 100 pounds or slightly lower. I am so self conscious about my body and I've found that eating only one tiny meal a day helps with my weight issue. I know I can't keep this diet up - but I'm only doing this until I drop to my ideal weight, then I'd start looking into sustaining my goal weight in a fitness/eating healthy way. I'm not here for criticism, I just need tips to stop eating (suppressing my hunger) or snacks any food that virtually has no calories or very few. I'm only doing this until I get to my goal weight so please no comments.

I sympathise and know what you are going through. I am overweight as well and feel guilty straight after I have eaten something bad like a chocolate bar. I used to eat subconciously eat something and realise what I have done afterwards. I use to have feelings of wanting to make myself sick but supressed this by thinking about my health. This could cause alsorts of mental and physical damage to your mind, stomach and oesophagus. I woke up one day and thought to myself do I need this? I think as soon as I eat it I am going to feel rubbish for another couple of hours. I went to the gym and worked hard, I didn't snack but only ate fruit and drank plenty of water. No one can advise and help you, its up to you to get it in your mind that you need to help yourself. Also, I used to have protein shakes which really filled me up so I didn't snack. Its a vicious circle, you snack and then after the sugar high you become hungry again, so you snack more. Don't let yourself get bored and you won't feel as hungry until planned meal times.

No, what you need is therapy for your eating disorder. Saying you shouldn't eat and feel guilty whenever you do is a HUGE problem. Everyone needs food to live. ???????? five pounds "overweight" is NOT fat. YOur problem is not overeating; you have anorexia. It will KILL you unless you get therapy. You need psychological counseling NOW. One small meal a day is NOT enough to live on. You are killing yourself. GET HELP from someone with expertise in eating disorders. You are NOT fat. You NEED TO EAT. You don't say how old you are, but I'm assuming you're still growing. You're at the very least giving yourself life-long health problems if you continue to refuse to eat. Call a hot-line and get a referral for counseling. NOW!

If you eat next to no calories your body will turn whatever calories you do eat straight into fat. Just eat moderately and move around, don't make this harder than it has to be.

hungry? grab a snack :) carrots, fruits and others. What also helps (if you drink a lot of soda,...) Drink fresh fruit juice or water :)

I'm guessing those donuts were about 250 calories each and around 10g of fat or more. Just exercise for a while and you'll burn them right off. Walk six miles and you'll have nothing to worry about. :) email me if you have any questions, I know the best ways to diet.
