Topic: Will what i'm doing help me lose weight?

I'm 14 and about 11st 12, which I know is quite high but i am a big build. I've been trying to tone up and maybe lose a stone because i have a lot that wobbles :P
Recently i've started making sure i do at least half an hour of excersise a day, whethers is cycling, or cross training or swimming. I also do weights but not regularly.
I have a fairly good diet now,
Weetabix and semi skimmed milk for breakfast
Something like Pasta with sauce and vegetables for lunch
And an omelette or some hot cross buns for tea.
I eat some snacks, but have cut down to maybe one biscuit a day + fruit.
I drink mainly water but have 2 glasses of fruit juice a day.
Do you think this will be enough to lose weight and tone up? Or is there anything else I should add to help?
11st 12 means 11st 12 pounds, or 166 pounds

YES! Good for you!
I'm also 14, and when I started going to the gym, swimming and doing sit-ups it REALLY made a difference. You just have to be patient. But believe me, it really makes a difference. My stomach is SOOOOO much more toned now, and I'm very happy with my weight. Good luck!
i dont know what you mean by "about 11st 12"
what you're eating is good.
increase your excerise time to an hour and a half to two hours. fats start burning around 30 mins.
follow this and you'll head in the right direction.

I don't know what 11st 12 is but as long as you don't eat two hours before bedtime that can help. More if your weight is stagnant.
yes, but i'd cut down on having a lot of pasta, and stay away from the buscuits and hot cross buns...fruit juice has a lot of sugar in it so maybe cut down to one glass of day in the morning with your breakfast....your exercising schedule is good it will definately help you tone up!! good luck!
