Question: Now a days i am on dieting along with exercise because i want to loose 20 pounds in 2 months. You can help me by giving a variety of different low fat recipes . Note: i dont eat pork.

Basically, eat your regular food, but cut out all fats. Use olive oil sparingly and regular butter. None of those low fat or low calorie commercial produce, they usually are filled with unnatural ingredients that can harm the body. No snacking. Stick to 3 small meals and 2 small breaks with a treat. Instead of 3 biscuits, have a half biscuit or just a slice of ham or a piece of celery or a piece of fruit. Unfortunately all the good tropical fruits contain a lot of sugar. It's a matter of calorie counting and depending on how overweight you are, you try, plus your age, try and stick to 1,500 cals a day. With the cleaning of the house and the baby, you'll soon be back on track. Put a picture on your fridge, reminding you why and for what reason you are doing this. Don't obsess, otherwise it becomes a burden which will activate depressions, which puts you back into the cycle of weight gain. If you were a Buddhist, I suggest, chant 3 hours daimoku a day. Nam Myoho Renge Kyo. This way, you do not need to worry about calories at all.

HI, you can find plenty of low fat recipes here: http://www.delicious-low-fat-recipes.com I'm sure you'll find enough dleicious recipes to lose your weight. But you need to change your way of eating, not just going on a diet for a while, to keept the pounds off.

Lightly toast some bread remove from grill and then put some pineapple cottage cheese and tomato on the bread return to grill and then when heated remove and add some black pepper.

No cakes, frostings, whipped cream, butter. If you want ice cream, one scoop in a cone. No seconds! Eat as much veggies and fruits w/out syrup, about 5 servings a day. You can have a cookie a day, if you like cookies but with peanut butter or oatmeal & raisins. No big portions of muffins, croissants, etc. No junk food. If you must, eat only a handful, not a bagful. For salad, don't use creamy dressing, don't add fattening croutons. Make your own honey, mustard dressing, or viniagrette (sp), there are some Italian dressings that are really tasty, go to recipes online or Olive Garden and use their recipe. Nuts are good for you, but at the same time they're also fattening, so too much of anything is not good for you, also.
