Question: how can i lose weight ithout going on diet pills, having nasty food, or doing daily excersises? i do basket ball and horseback so i get excersise. my schudle is too tight to do excersises every day..... what are some yummy foods that make you loose weight? do you have any ideas? im 5'5 and about 151 lbs...i think im to fat....

When you are losing weight, you should exercise and diet together. If you exercise without dieting, you will get bigger appetite, which will lead to increase of weight, or muscle grow underneath the fat layer, and make you bulkier. If you diet without exercising, you will become flabby and will have excess skin. For diet, go wheat free. No pasta, pizza, bread and so on. And no food after 7 p.m. People achieve marvellous results with it. Depending on your initial weight, you can drop upwards from 20 pounds a month. If you don't eat wheat then you don't eat all those sticky, fatty goey cakes, you don't eat junk food, and you don't eat biscuits. But your diet is still balanced. It costs nothing, and you do not have to calculate points or to buy special meals or plans. For exercising, start with walking, and then switch to running/jogging. Running is the most efficient and calorie-burn exercise ever. If you are overweight a lot, walk first or you may have health complications (heart attack, disjointed bones and so on). Weight lifting is a good means to target your problem areas for men and women. It's not necessarily to become a bodybuilder or even join a gym - a couple of dumbbells will help you to target your problem areas (stomach, butt, legs, arms, chest).

i can give you fast but not easy... fast will be going for a run or using cardio machine on empty stomach... before u eat breakfast body will feed from fat storage an eat more protens reduce carbs also would help if u went to the gym...lifted weights a few days a week..

I have been through it all and know what's it about. The main thing is to stick in there. You can't be an addict to food and never exercise if you want to live a healthy life and keep the weight off. I've worked out, done every diet, and all types of classes. Nothing works, besides dedication and intelligence towards the subject of losing weight. First, depending on how much weight you need to lose, your diet is the first concern. You can't eat 10,000 calories a day and expect the weight to come off, even if you are exercising a lot. Which brings us to the next thing. Duh, Exercising... This is a must especially if you need to a lot of weight. Get at least 30 mins of some good hardcore exercising. Do some cardio, in the long run, it's good for the heart. However, I find the most hardest part of losing weight/keeping it off, in my diet. It's so hard to keep your fingers out of the cookie jar or those chocolate goodies. I've found a great addition to help any one out, it's a natural weight loss supplement called Proactol. Now don't get all crazy on me and say diet pills don't work. That is true, but not in this case. This one isn't meant to burn pounds while you sit on the couch. It's an appetite suppressant, along with being a fat binder. I saved money on the pills at theweightlossplace .com along with getting some good info. It basically makes those fingers not go towards the cookie jar. For me it's the best pill I've tried and I've tried cupboards full. Now this doesn't mean you have to follow my foot steps but I've successfully lost roughly 70 pounds and keeping it off til this day. Well good luck and remember what I said, Dedicate.

Pump some iron. Resistance training, (weight training), can help both sexes stay lean by building muscle and raising metabolism. The fact is, hours and hours of aerobic exercise won't help most people lose weight fast because your metabolism drops back to normal fairly quickly after stopping the exercise. If you gain muscle, however, your body's resting metabolism, (the amount of calories you burn when you're just sitting still), increases, because muscle requires a lot of calories to maintain. Studies have shown consistent weight training to raise the body's metabolism by 15%. This means an average woman might burn 200-300 more calories at rest every day! Resistance training is the gift that keeps on giving! Although, keep in mind that muscle mass weighs more than fat (don't be surprised if you gain weight but look slimmer).

If yummy foods made you lose weight, everyone would be skinny. AlthoughI am proud you aren't going on diet pills--so many people want to take the easy way out which is bad for them! A suggestion that really works for a lot of people is to drink water. ONLY water. So no soda, no juice, no coffee, etc. Milk is OK, caffein-free tea is OK. Every time you are hungry, drink a full glass of water. Then eat what you want. The water will make you feel fuller so you won't eat as much, but you won't be depriving yourself. Eat almonds for a snack, or celery with fat-free peanut butter. They are very healthy and they fill you faster than junk food. If you just want to eat, stick with lettuce. Iceburg lettuce tastes good and it is mostly water. Things like plain celery, lettuce, and carrots actually burn more calories than they provide, so in theory if you ate only those it would be like not eating.... so ADD them to your normal meals, but don't rely just on those foods. Also, I know you said you didn't have time for daily exercise, but it really helps. Something as simple as lifting weights while you watch TV or standing at the computer on one foot instead of using it sitting down can make a big difference.

really, what you should be considering is a lifestyle change, not "fast and easy" ways to lose weight. if you learn to follow the food guide pyramid and do total body weight training (working the major muscle groups - back, chest, shoulders, legs, and core) on the days you are not able to get on that horse or play basketball, and do this on a daily basis, you will not have to ever have to think about quick fixes. in the long run, doing this will help you to look and feel younger than you are, and you are less likely to experience health problems from a poor lifestyle. there are SO MANY reasons to think healthy on a daily basis, not just when you think you are "too fat" as a rule, eat right and exercise 85% of the time, and this allows you to eat whatever you want and to take time off from your workouts 15% of the time. if you do this you will be glad you did!! best of wishes, merry christmas and happy new year!!

There is no easy method for weight loss because it goes against human nature for most people. We want to eat more than we need, we don't want to do really hard work, we don't want to change our weight quickly.....but it can be done with lots of work. I am 5' and I used to weight around 160 pounds. I dropped about 20 in a semester with slow, agonizing diet and exercise - and I took the "gradual" route! For some reason my body just adjusted to the lower weight I can hover around 135 pounds with no effort (either eating well or exercising). Though I need to weigh around 115 pounds so it looks like I will need to head back to the treadmill! Yummy foods - fruit smoothies, Indian foods with vegetables (my favorite), healthy stuff sweetened with Splenda. Easy exercises - walking, weight training (easy for me)
