Question: i always have a hard time controlling my appetite and always feel hungry and its not like i'm lazy....i exercise daily...but i still aways feel guilty after eating a lot and want to find foods that will keep me full without eating so much.

Fiber One poptarts, peanut butter and apple, yogurt, bananas, nature valley granola bars. :) Mostly if you find anything with fiber in it, it will fill you up. You could always try to split your meals up and eat 5-6 meals a day if you want to eat the same, but different times.

In general, some healthy foods fill you up, I might suggest oats for breakfast, and maybe have three meals a day with some more small snacks in between, this might help with spreading out the foods you eat, so you've always eaten something, and also this might help to keep you full through the day. Remember, to stay healthy, "everything in moderation", including a healthy amount of exercise a day to work off the food! :) Hope this helps!

try eating more protein, you may be searching for something that your current diet does not supply. Nuts, meat, hot cooked fish, beef, eggs, tofu etc. all contain a lot of protein and is meant to be good for you. However, stay away from liquorice(the black type) and salt, both of those increase your bloodpressure. Don't worry about putting on weight, you will lose most of it at the birth, and the rest shortly after.
