Question: I've seen that Dalis Connell has been using and selling them and she seems to be losing weight and gaining muscle. I weigh 133 and I am almost 16 years old. I was wondering if any of you had tried them and if they work, which ones and if you sell it I'll be happy to buy it from you if it works and you leave your link!

I know several people that have tried Herbalife, Isagenix, Nanci, Nutrilite, Healthy People, Shakeology and Advocare weight loss supplements. They all weigh the same or more than when they tried them. And ended up with a bunch of product. Alli is the only over the counter weight loss product approved by the FDA. There are only three prescription weight loss medications approved. Do you think that if any of them REALLY worked we would have a $60 billion a year industry in "weight loss" supplements? The big three pharmaceuticals would dominate the market. Approved or otherwise, none of these weight loss supplements guarantee anything unless you establish a healthy diet and exercise program. So why not just establish a healthy diet and exercise program and keep your money? The only weight loss supplement I recommend is a basic multivitamin and maybe a fish oil if you don't like fish. You will be spending somewhere between $10 and $30 per day on products that are not approved or guaranteed to do anything. $300 to $900 per month would get you a premier spa membership and the positive feeling that comes from working out and feeling healthier. All of the above mentioned diet products are "multi level marketing" or "work from home" programs. I think these products are the worst since they exploit both the desires of people to lose weight and to make money. I live in a very nice area of Scottsdale, AZ. 90% of the "make money from home" signs along the roadways are Herbalife when you call and press them for information. These companies are more concerned with profits than weight loss. As are all the MLM companies.

Put a two litre water bottle plus a glass on your desk just about every morning. Get through it by means of lunch, and do the same from the afternoon. You’ll exercise better along with recover faster if you’re hydrated. I drink some water when someone asks me a silly question or sends a dumb email... find something that works to suit your needs!

Low-fat protein is a great basis for a weight reduction. Foods like lean turkey, lentils and eggs from the right quantities will keep your current sugar levels even, make you're feeling fuller for longer, lower the GI on the carbs you combine it with and help repair damaged cells.

Become an expert in just what you’re doing. Learn how and why things work then you’ll have faith that they may. Check out a podcast referred to as Cut The Fat, and pay attention to it when you’re exercising.

Obtain smaller plates. Little crockery means portion control is significantly easier – those diminutive parts suddenly look huge and you’ll be happier to eat less.

Dude im not goin to go in too much detail unless you really want me 2 but.... from my experience.... protein shakes do work Add creatine to your supplements as well for some good gains but thoroughly reasearch it first like how to taake it and its side effects yes eat 3 meals - fist full amount of protein, fist full amount of carbs and a little good fat have 3 shakes between meals so breakfast Shake Lunch Shake Tea Shake Tuna and chicken breast contian good amounts of protien for what you require Eggs are also great for protein Potatoes, whole grain rice, whole grain bread are great carbs anything you are unsure of dude go to google and type in what you require i.e. "Good sources of protein" or "sample bodybuilders diet plan" or "How to take creatine and its possible side effects" Dont know how old you are mate but research as much as you can so you train and eat smart! Ive been doing all this since i was 15 and its not until recently at the age of 20 i started understand bodybuilding properly! With lots of hard work you can get to where you want to be its just important to stick at it and being in-tune with your body! Remeber strength in the mind is just as important , educate your self and test things out but NO STERIODSSSSS !!! trust me from seeing other people go through it i really really really dont think its worth the end result! Good Luck mate!!!! Oh!! dont listen to Nini about not doing cardio! This is not really that cool! As Arnold states in The encyclopedia of a modern bodybuilder regardless of what your goal is stick to a minimum of 3 days a week cardio sessions at half an hour a day even when gaining weight to make sure you have no imbalances in your overall fitness. Ive tried no cardio and i bet like Nini boyfriend i was sluggish had little energy and wasn't as mobile but had good muscle mass. 3 days a week doin 1/2 hour sessions is a healthy minimum, keeps fat from buidling up and maintains your metabolism!
