First of all I am 5ft. 2in. also. I weigh 135lbs. I am a perfect size 6. I am 27 years old. I do not wish to gain any weight nor lose any. I feel like i am at my perfect size. I am guess that you are in between a size 2 & 4? The only thing I don't like about my size is that I can no longer wear junior clothes. I lost back down to 125 this past fall and hated it because I could not find clothes that suited me. I think that you are probably a good size but if you feel uncomfortable with yourself then you should do cardio exercise to burn excess fat and maybe some weight lifting to give yourself muscle tone. I built muscle verses fat and I think that helped me to lose inches in areas that I needed. I am more athletic than most women so I think that is why I weigh more. I recommend getting some cardio exercise everyday. I try to walk at least 5 miles per week but I enjoy it so sometimes I get more. Enjoy whatever you choose to do because being short requires keeping a constant routine of exercise to maintain a good body...

I've been there, and it may seem hard but its not. First off instead of snacks drink water. Drink water all day, a ton don't stop drinking it. And I also use these little tips to stay healthy and thin...
Use small plates they force you to eat less
Drink less milk and pop and more water
Eat breakfest as the biggest meal of the day, but still porportioned
A no brainer is stop eating when your full(my personal challange)
Move around all day.
Stick with these and you'll lose weight, the cool part is you don't even have to exercise.

I love the biggest looser diet. It's all about eating unprocessed foods, plus 5 to 7 fruits and vetg a day, low fat meat like turkey and fish anf healthy carbs like brown rice and whole wheat bread. You get the diet online at the biggest looser club. It costs $20 a month to join. Oh Yea, you get to eat 6 times a day, which is really great.
