Question: I have acne and unwanted facial hair all over my face and I dont know what to do. I look disgusting. I've tried Proactive and all kinds of acne treatments but none has worked well (I've seen dermatologists but no improvement. I've even tried microdermabrasion) I've spent so much money on these treatments, but sadly, my face looks disgusting. and I do wash my face at least three twice a day. I also have unwanted facial hair all over my face (forehead, upper lip, around my nose, chin, and cheek) but since I have acne all over my face, I can't wax or shave. And the worst part is, my hair grows really fast so if I get it threaded, it grows back a day or two later. Because of this, I feel really unconfident about myself. I'm almost 20, but I haven't had a boyfriend either because I'm ugly. What should I do? Any natural treatment that you recommend? I've taken medicines as well. didnt work either :(

Go to the doctor and have your facial hair permanently removed. I believe there is a procedure that will destroy the root of the hairs so it doesn't grow back. Do The Following FOUR Things EVERYDAY To Clear Up Acne QUICKLY! Doing 1 or a few of these will NOT keep skin as clear as possible! You must do all FOUR things EVERYDAY! Sensible diet, good hygiene and low stress should keep acne away. If it does flare up, change pillow cases, sanitize towels, facial makeup brushes and cellphones - anything that comes in contact with prevailing acne and could infect again. There are some great OTC acne products like “Niapads”, “Cetaphil” etc that are simple and easy to use. The most effective product is one that is "simple" to use. Complicated regimens lead to complacency and prolonged acne breakouts. With Niapads you can cut a piece, wet it with water and place it on the pimple. Active ingredients penetrate the skin and provide relief. They also are effective in reducing skin hyperpigmentation (acne scars).

I recommend Proactiv to get rid of the acne, and if the acne is gone, maybe the itching will go to? Well i used proactiv, and my skin is smooth and near flawless now =] also laying in the sun (sunscreen though!) can help dry it up a little (it happened to me) and i heard puttin some lemon juice on problem areas and zits can help dry it up too.

Nothings worked? Hmm. There are medicines you can take and it prevents that. Ask your dr, about them. Maybe dont wash your face so much. Your face needs its natural oils.

Sometimes just the oil on your face from make up and lotions, even from your hair can travel to your face causing acne to come out. Others, from stress, hormones & diet or foods. The beauty industry is a billion dollar business, they know acne is everyone's problem, but instead of saying soap is drying for you, they have to invent an acne product that can worsen the skin as MANY TEENAGERS have experienced during hormonal change, but as you get older those are completely a waste of time & money! The less products you use, the better for your skin. Use a bath wash like Suave, Irish Spring, Dove Bath & Body wash in the shower, use a washcloth. Treat your face like the rest of your body, take a shower everyday or wash your face everyday. The secret is keeping your face clean and oil-free. I also don't use liquid on my face for anything, and very little moisturizer, not even a dime size. Since my face is not dry. Good skin also comes from your good genes. Increase your fresh fruits & vegetables 3-5 servings per day. And programmed your mind to do this day after day, for the rest of your life. Acne medication could worsen what ever allergies you have, so instead of trying out one product after another, you're actually spreading it around.
