Well I think it's totally about self-control:
Breakfast: integral toast and a 70-calorie yogurt
Lunch: Fruit (any kind, except banana) and a fish (not fried)
Snack if you get hungry: gum or 90-calorie diet bar
Dinner: Light soup (not a creamy soup, it has too much fat)
Or maybe a cup of special K or cheerios
Some other tips:
DON'T EVER DINNER AFTER 7PM, IT HAS BEEN PROVEN IN INVESTIGATIONS AND THAT HELPS A LOT, TRY TO DINNER BEFORE 7, I SWEAR IT'S AMAZING
I recommend you coffee in the morning, it gives you a lot of energy! (without sugar, or maybe splenda)
Another thing is to drink green tea twice a day, it burns fat and it's good for your health
And of course, do at least 50 abs per day

When you are losing weight, you should exercise and diet together.
If you exercise without dieting, you will get bigger appetite, which
will lead to increase of weight, or muscle grow

exercising, you will become flabby and will have excess skin. For
diet, go wheat free. No pasta, pizza, bread and so on. And no food

Lunch: Salad, w/romaine lettuce and mixed greens and a grilled chicken breast the size of your palm/no thicker then your hand.
Dinner: Try not to eat after six o'clock Have something light like grilled fish w/steamed vegetables or a low-carb turkey burger.
Snacks: Try carrots w/low fat dressing, pirate's booty or fresh fruit.
Stay away from fast food and any carbonated drinks or any beverages containing sugar.
My workout suggestions: Monday- Cardio/running 2 miles and then a few tummy exercises and maybe a light weight arm workout.
Wednesday- 2 miles on stairmaster and core exercises and then some glute exercises.
Thursday- 2 miles elliptical / light arm workout and stomach.
Saturday- Yoga or a light jog around the park.
Sunday- Pilates or go for a walk.

yes simple easy peasy. first off LOW fat HIGH protien diet. protein not only helps burn fat it also builds muscle. then make sure to spend about 15 minutes stretching out the muscle group you will be working on before and after each workout this will reduce the aches. then what you could do is set up a wokrout regime of what you want to improve on. work on arms and back one day then the next do some yoga or cardio for 45 minutes. day after that work on another group of muscles then the next day cardio or yoga. lost 40 pounds doing ithtat way. THat got me in trouble though ended up pregnant for the third time LOL

Depends on how overweight you are. If you're really overweight, then you can just adjust your diet (no fake foods, only real food, cut down on the amount of food that you actually eat) and get some weight loss. If that no longer works, then you would have to exercise. Yes, it does hurt, but that's just your body adjusting to the workout (unless you experience acute pain anywhere).
Also, don't get just hung up on your weight. Use waist-hip measurements to see if you actually need to loose any weight.

If you want to lose weight you need to eat healthy, dont starve your self because that wont get you far instead eat a little amount but allot this will help.
Another thing is you need to run and work out this will good for health and it will also decrease your weight.

It matters how much you stick to what your saying. You should work out five days a week, so you dont over do it. Eat three meals a day with 2-3 snacks and make sure there portioned right and healthy. But if you work hard at it, id say the max is 200 days. NEVER STARVE YOURSELF!!! That will be worst for you.
