Hydroxy Cut... Not the one with caffiene, the one without it!! It never upset my stomach, and if I didn't drink as much water as it directed, it only made my stomach gurgle a little but not hurt... Almost as a reminder. After the first bottle, my body was trained and I did it on my own with just thewater... And I WANTED that much water, but it was alittle tough to drink that much in the begginning. I lost 53 lbs ins 2.5 months, it was winderful.... I wasn't even working out!! I wasn't that heavy either for it to just fly off like it did!

Try using your baby as motivation to get back in shape. Don't use a pill....as soon as you stop you'll gain the weight right back and they cost a fortune. Walk you baby in a stroller every day, the weight will come off faster than you expect.

There are no real "potent" pills. None of those work and most of them make the problem worse. You need to take responsibility for what you are eating and be sure to eat proper portions. You are the only one who can "get yourself back on track"..Pills are never a solution or cure for most anything, Just a blanket for the problem. Good Luck!

I just started Solo slim around a week ago, you take one pill every morning and 20 min before breakfast and it will make you feel full for the entire day. You'll just eat a small portion of food and you won't feel that hungry later. Now, drink a lot of water and vegetables in order not to get constipated as a change of diet may affect your regularity to go to the bathroom. It has no side effects and is friendly user. Good luck!

First of all, I've tried diet pills and they work for a while. but I've found that if I drink a 20 oz.bottle of water before I eat, I don't eat as much, and I've learn to lay down my fork between bites and chew slow. I drink water lots of water, which naturally washes the fat from your body. when I talk about drinking water it's a 20 oz bottle and I drink 10-12 a day. When I drink water I don't get as hungry....Also instead of eating I drink a boost for breakfast around 10:00 a.m., this gives me the minerals and vitamins that I need, then drinking water I don't get hungry. then around 4-5 P.M. I eat supper and drink water until I go to bed. I don't drink Coke products, and I have lost 15lbs in 2 months. My health has improved greatly. So give it a try and see what happens for you. Good luck. Hope I have given you some insight on your problem.
