First of all, I've tried diet pills and they work for a while. but I've found that if I drink a 20 oz.bottle of water before I eat, I don't eat as much, and I've learn to lay down my fork between bites and chew slow.
I drink water lots of water, which naturally washes the fat from your body. when I talk about drinking water it's a 20 oz bottle and I drink 10-12 a day. When I drink water I don't get as hungry....Also instead of eating I drink a boost for breakfast around 10:00 a.m., this gives me the minerals and vitamins that I need, then drinking water I don't get hungry. then around 4-5 P.M. I eat supper and drink water until I go to bed. I don't drink Coke products,and I have lost 15lbs in 2 months. My health has improved greatly. So give it a try and see what happens for you.
