Whats the best way to lose weight without starving or using any weight loss supplements?
Please dont just tell me to exercise - I already know that one =). Im looking for examples. Such as meal plans and recipes, detailed exercise plans ect.
Well, it doesn't have to be too fast. I just want something thats going to get me results. Im willing to work for it.

I would suggest a cleansing diet. I lost 12 pounds in 9 days and then 28 pounds in less than a month. I also lost a lot of inches too! I learned that cleansing will help the body get rid of impurities. Impurities come from a lot of things like fast food, pollution, food additives and preservatives and lots of other things. The impurities get stored in the fat in our body. To get rid of the fat, we have to get rid of the impurities by cleansing the body. This made sense to me and I decided to try a cleanse program and it worked. The weight came off fast and this kept me motivated to keep going, not like other diets where the weight loss it too slow. You have to come up with some type of a reward system, this will help keep you motivated. One of the best things to do is make a contingency contract. Stating what you want to do, who will help you do it, and what do you get for doing it.
Then also try to find a well balance diet program. My friend did this one diet program where the average weight lose is 7 pounds in 9 days. It might be the thing you are looking for, I know it's well balanced. If you want e-mail me and I can tell you more about either of these.

give your protein extra low calorie flavor by adding a salsa or chutney instead of a gooey cream sauce

The best way to lose weight is doing exercise.
The best type of exercise for weight loss is something you ENJOY DOING and are likely to continue doing - not just while losing weight but also as you maintain weight in the long term.
Your initial fitness goal should be to do 30 minutes of exercise each day. Thereafter, gradually increase this (ideally) to about 60 minutes of exercise per day.
The best combination of exercise is a mixture of aerobic and weight/strength training (and stretching). Aerobic and weight/strength training exercises both assist weight loss but in different ways.

Please do exercise and diet then you will lose all "fat" instead of your muscle and water. try 6 days a week of 1 hour jogging, and other section about 30 mins x 3 days of upper body weight training and the other 3 days x 30 mins lower body training. You will lose up to 4 lbs weekly , if you control your cal about 1600-1800 daily. avoid junk food and deep fried food, soft drink....
Good luck, but first thing in your mind is YOU HAVE TO PAY OFF - EXERCISE AND DIET!
