Topic: Cellulite solutions?
July 17, 2019 / By Calanthe Question:
I am getting married in under 6 weeks and I want to reduce my cellulite by at least 70-80%. I have read about a few home remedies such as wraps, dry rubbing, juniper, drinking 8-10 glasses or water per day, exercising and diet can anyone tell me what really works, what has anyone used that works 100% that I can try?

I'm sorry to have to say it, but there isn't really anything that works. There are all sorts of pills, creams, wraps, and treatments that claim to instantly and permanently remove cellulite, but for the most part they basically make the skin over the cellulite puff up so that it looks smoother. The only thing that really works is to lose virtually ALL the fat off of the area, but that's not really a possibility. and if you do lose weight, it may get worse before it gets better. Because cellulite is uneven fat storage, losing some of the fat can increase the appearance of it if it doesn't go evenly.
The truth is, most women have some cellulite, and if you do, there's very little that you can do to fight it.

I like the idea of a 16 game playoff system with the 11 conference champions getting an automatic berth and adding 5 at large teams from independents and top 20 teams that weren't conference champs. Some sort of selection committee or process would be needed for the at large berths.
The big advantage with this system is that it places a high degree of importance to winning your conference. Currently, a team can not even qualify for a conference championship game and still be ranked high in the BCS. For example, this year there could be 2 or even 3 Big 12 south teams in the top 10 that don't go to the Big 12 Championship game.
If I was in charge of setting up the playoff, I'd do it without consideration of the current bowl games structure. The bowl games have ruled how the college season ends far too long.
I'd design the system then let the bowl games come to me with ideas about how they can be incorporated into my system, instead of me going to them with some plea of acceptance and cooperation.
First i wish you all the best with your marriage. Now to significantly reduce your cellulite you need to do 3 things. Exercise, change your diet a little and look at a cellulite cream. Doing one of these will do little to do help as they interlink and work together to reduce your cellulite.
First exercise. You need to exercise to tone the problem area and reduce the fat content in the fat cells where the cellulite is problem. You need perform exercises that target the cellulite area (cellulite on thighs you need to jog, squats, lunges even walking). You need to exercise minimum 3 times a week, these only have to be 30 min long. You also want to perform mostly cardiovascular exercises with some anaerobic to help tone the area.
With your diet you want to remove as much saturated fat from your diet and foods that are high in toxins. This means no take away foods and foods that are highly processed. It's kind of like detoxing but not as hardcore, just eat more fresh fruits and vegetables make them a substitute for the bad snacks.
Lastly the cellulite cream. The cellulite cream is critical as it provides the body with the powerful nutrients needed to repair the damage the cellulite has caused. I know there a lot of creams out there that claim to be miracles, but one cream i had success with was from Revitol. Their cream was priced well and in conjunction with the exercise and changes in my diet the cellulite is no more.

i wish all the best with the cellulite treatment and the marriage

Get to know this,Cellulite is not a skin problem at all. Its an underlying structural issue, that can only be corrected by reversing the cause of certain atrophied muscle fibers directly beneath your “cellulite” trouble spots."

Cellulite does not come from a single cause. It almost always comes from a combination of generic and hormonal factors. Some wrong behaviors, however, can cause or even worsen cellulite: a life that is too sedentary, altered blood circulation, incorrect diet with insufficient intake of fluids, smoking and alcoholic beverages, high heels and close-fitting garments. The plasma fluid, transudated from impaired and weakened capillaries, accumulates and stagnates in surface adipose tissue.

To help get rid of cellulite you can go here http://no-more-cellulite.keysolve.net
follow these simple tips:
1- Exercise: Many so-called "experts" claim that running, biking, and cardio are good ways to get rid of cellulite. While this is partially true, its certainly not the fastest or most effective way to do it. Targeted resistance training can deliver much faster and more noticeable results. It's also more effective at burning fat than doing cardio, contrary to popular belief.
2- Water: Drinking water can help to reduce cellulite, but not for the reason that you normally hear. Water does not flush "toxins" out of your cellulite, or anything else. Water is good for the skin, and can help improve elasticity and make your skin look tighter and younger. This not only makes you look younger, but can help tighten the skin on the thighs and butt.

I highly suggest the 6 Week Body Makeover, it is a life changing experiance. My husband and I started it at the end of June my husband has lost 22lbs and I have lost 15lbs. It has a great support team, plus you get support online in forums and in chatrooms. I have learned so much since I have started the 6WBMO. I also thought well I have 30 days to return it so I'll try it. There is no way I would return this program, I knew that after the first week when I started seeing results. My husband has not been this low in weight in over 8 years. We tried other diets, we exercised, nothing was working.
