ok. i am going to my dads house this summer and i dont want to be fat. i dont know if i am fat right now but last time i was there i was. im 15. 5'9 and im 200 pounds. yes thats heavy but i work out with weights a lot. but i am still kinda chubby even no i can bench press 180. i just need to lose as much "FAT" as i can. anything would be helpful. should i do lots of cardio. how much. any diet plan. anything will help.

Mate I wouldnt call you fat...you sound like you have a solid build. Rapid fat loss anyways is not a good idea because more than likely you will put it back on. Perhaps this is something you should be doing on an on going basis. Just eat plenty of fresh fruit and vegetables, cut out fast food crap, drink plenty of water. Realistically you need to start small then build up. One month is not a realistic time frame. Good luck anyway.

just follow these simple tips to shed extra pounds from your weight
- take balanced diet
- take 5 meals in the day
- add fruits and vegetables in your meals
- zip your lips for fried and fast foods
- avoid colas and sweets
- drink more water and fresh juice
- do regular workout, yoga or brisk walk
- think positive and keep smiling
Any thing and salad if hungry, otherwise nothing.
Eat well but only when hungry and not more than thrice a day. Include plenty of uncooked vegetables and fruits in each meal, preferably 50%. To have more satisfaction out of ur food, Chew each morsel at least 32 times. This will also activate ur body to generate signals of hunger/fullness. Obey these signals. Do not go on fast or starvation diet.
Nothing other than water in between.
No special diet, call it by any name or program helps as one cannot adopt them on permanent basis. Diet pills are chemicals and per se bad and shud be avoided unless the doc considers it necessary looking at ur condition.
Take light exercises and brisk walks for 30 min.regularly preferably on empty stomach and twice a day.
U will achieve what u have not even dreamt and that too in a reasonable time and hassle free.
Be patient and not in a hurry.
U cannot choose spots for reduction.
This schedule can be adopted on permanent basis to lead a healthy life and maintain weight.
U cud lose only 5 lbs.

I jog around 7-8 miles a day thats keeps me in shape. So yeah just do lots of cardio and weight train also (even though you do do that already) but don't leave it out. Good Luck.

after you eat anything, put your finger down your throat.
if you keep doing that after everything you eat, you should be skinny.
oh yeah, drink only water.

You'll hardly loose any in a month, from my experience when iv had a week or two off from lifting iv actually seen gains in growth as my muscles are fully repaired again. It may look like your loosing muscle but asoon as you can get back in the gym, one week in and youll be back to the place you were before the tuck. So dont worry.
Best You can do to help stop loosing any (which u probly wont) is just make sure you keep a high level of protien obv, other than that u'll be fine..
