I'm 16 yrs old, and i weight 104lbs...and im 62inches [ 5 feet ]
im starting to watch how i eat, but my friends dont think i eat much
but i always because i dont want to get fat. sometimes i dont eat much at all in lunch, and i dont really eat to much at home. How many calories or carbs do i need. I heard if you eat less then your body need you will loose weight, and i just want to loose alittle bit of fat around my legs and arms even if im not fat at all i just feel that i should eat less...................i hope im not doing the wrong thing.

I don't know the amount of calories you need to loose weight but you don't need to. http://www.verybestbaby.com/images/height_chart.gif You are already at the lowest end of the height weight chart. Not eating slows down your metabolism so when you do start eating you will gain a lot weight. Also clearly, not eating is unhealthy for you.
However, you wouldn't be posting this if you weren't legitimately concerned with how you look.
-Eating small portions of healthy food all day (about every two hours) helps weight loss and jump starts your metabolism.
-Your weight is fine though so if you still are unhappy with parts of your body then working out is going to be your best bet to looking the way you want.
If you're going to be fixated on something weight isn't the thing to pay attention to. You can weigh a lot and look exactly how you want depending on your fat to muscle ratio (and muscle weighs a lot more).
**You need to be eating enough to support your body especially when working out.**
Not eating enough for your body can be very dangerous and your height/weight ratio is already very low. I wouldn't worry about what you are eating.

I never took paxil, but I had the same reaction to Prozac (generic). I have had both anxiety and depression, depression worse. I had absolutely no appetite for a long time. I needed to lose weight, but I didn't lose it as quickly as you have.
That was a couple of years ago, and I have kept the weight off. I had to stop taking it when I lost my insurance.
However, 9 pounds in two weeks sounds excessive. I would call your doctor just to be sure this is safe - I was only losing a pound or two a week.
I know as a diabetic I should eat 5 times per day and I don't ( shame on me ) but when I did and eat the right things I felt good and went from 210 to 182, I was on a low carb diet..so you can maintain your weight by doing this,

always have vegetables on hand saute a big bag of frozen mixed vegetables in olive oil and garlic add some red pepper or turmeric for additional flavor and separate into portion sized containers for the fridge

turn dinner into a healthy lunch the next day by wrapping your lean leftovers in a whole wheat wrap add a little dijon mustard or curry powder for added flavor

if you re trying to lose weight with your significant other pack each others lunches the lunchbox surprises will keep the both of you motivated

The only way to gain weight is to take in more calories than your body requires. IF you rely solly on weight traiing to gain weight, it is gonna take a lot of time.
Even if you reply on weight training, protein just aids in muscle recovery. It is the combination of protein with carbs that actually add size to them. That is why any weight training pprogram advocates that within 3 hrs of a workout you need to take a good meal that has both protein and carbs. For your other meals you can take protein and lesser carbs but the 3hrs timeframe after your workout is most important if you wanna put on muscle mass.
Try to incorporate more carbs in your diet and you will see a difference. Good Luck
