Ok; So I'm currently 16 and I weigh 185 pounds. (84kgs). Now, I'm a bit overweight, But I'm quite show a lot of that is my frame/muscle. I am currently joined to a gym and have full access to it. I also have access to healthy food etc.
My goal is to be 'thin'; or have a flat stomach by the time my year ten formal comes around (November 19th) so around 60 days. which Is around 2 months.
Do you think this is enough time to burn off this fat and look stunning for my formal?
What kind of exercise should I be looking at/How much per day. What diet should I be following etc.

I'm sure others will give you weight loss advice but I also wanted to add that how you look and feel on this special job is an 'inside job'. By that I mean that people will see you as 'looking stunning' if that's what you're putting out there. People will also be drawn to you, and you'll have more fun based on your attitude towards yourself and the evening than how you actually look. So while you follow everyone's advice, I'd say you maybe also need to be expending energy on 'acting as if' you're an amazing, fascinating being - walk tall, hold your jaw with confidence, be fund and sassy and that way, regardless of whether you are 'thin' physically - you can be 'thin' mentally.
In other words, whether you have a simply fabulous evening or not, depends much more on your mental diet. To read more about mental dieting.....

I don't believe any School would assign a science experiment using a Diet.
A fruit only diet is unhealthy.
Before starting a weight loss exercise program, you should take on board some basic principles:
1. Have a check up with your local doctor.

A good weight loss program must include a variety of exercises and routines. This can be achieved by using the weight loss routine below as an example:
* Lifting weights on Mondays and Wednesdays
* Going for a run in the park on Tuesdays and Thursdays
* Going to the pool for a swim on Fridays and Sundays
By adding variety to your weight loss exercise program you will be more motivated to stick with the program. As an added bonus you will also be working a greater range of muscles. Try to stick to your weight loss program so that it becomes a regular part of your routine.
The more regular your weight loss routine the more permanent the fat loss you will achieve. You will also notice your strength and flexibility improve as part of the benefits of a regular weight loss program.

for your belly you need to be doing sit ups to help with that i would say about 1 hour a day but split it in to 2 sessions.
remember to eat right you can not loose weight if you stave yourself you would loose less that way as your body would go in to starvation mode.

Losing weight is simple not to say that it is necessarily easy. I believe Proper food is the medicine of all diseases and food can prevent any diseases too .
