I've been working out for a while now but it seems like the right side of my body is losing all the weight! I've been specifically targeting my love handles and my thighs. My right thigh and right hip are significantly losing weight but my left side is lagging way behind! I even started trying to do more workouts on the left side to compensate, but it's just not catching up. What could be the problem?

I have read on a bunch of weight loss forums about this happening to other people as well, and it has happened to me too! Mine and every case i have read about have ALL been on the RIGHT SIDE too. So I think it is normal as long as it isn't extreme. Mine is noticeable but not extreme, if it gets out of control i would see a doctor. Otherwise, just keep working out and most people seem to think it will eventually even itself out.

That what it says in its instructions, I believe the company can't write this if its not true plus its all herbal, don't you agree!
I started using those pills last week with trying to control my food & I feel great. Ofcourse I did ask many people who tried them & lost weight before me, but no side effects were mentioned but better body shape.
BTW. they said it works more with some diet, means you loose more weight. try it & get a shape.
Find the right diet for your individual body because there are many ways are there to lose weight just find what works for you

Well, maybe you should've been doing even workouts on both sides (I'm not saying this in a mean way, hahh)
It's more beneficial to evenly work out both sides. Only working one side wont really end up being a big help.

think ahead to how youll eat and exercise on the weekends its easy to get too relaxed on saturdays and sundays but healthy living is a 7 day a week endeavor

I suggest doing these right after running. Your metabolism is working its fastest and it would be best for fat burning to do them at this time when your heart rate is elevated.
I like the regular crunches but on a exercise ball is harder and more fun. You could also get a medicine ball and do situps with a friend. Or for the "love" handles sit back to back with a friend and pass the ball around the both. Working out with a friend is the most fun. Also to help get rid of lower belly fat you will have to change your diet. Decrease fats and try whole wheats and veggies but dont worry too much about the diet since you already seem to be healthy body weight and just need toning.
