I know there are so many other questions like this but I just want to see what I can get. I need help so here I am! Im trying but have lost nothing. I am a 14 year old female and want to lose weight because I am obese. I started at 154.8 pounds and now I am 146.5 pounds. Most of my friends are like 90 pounds, which I don't want to be considering that's like half my weight. My goal in 7 weeks is 120-125 definitely less than 130 pounds. My goal in 15 weeks is to be 100-110. Not only do I want to achieve this weight goal , I also want a flat tummy. Just please help Im sick of being made fun of, its killing me. please. I want to lose like 3 pounds a week. PLEASE HELP.

First of all I am 15 and I'm not even fat. I weigh 120 pounds and that would be probably the healthiest weight. So don't think of a goal like 100 pounds because that is absoloutely gross and guys will think your nasty if your too skinny. They like a girl with a little squish. Not fat. Squish. And the best thing to do is to start off with squats everyday and do different styles of crunches. Also, going to the gym can help you very much if you work on your arm muscles a little bit a day. But once you get a workout routine down make sure you do it eveuday a little bit more each time. Remember to cut down on fatty processed foods too. Eating fruits and vegetables plays a huge role in your weight. But, you dont have to totally cut chips and cookies out of your diet, because it isn't healthy to do that either. Just don't eat it all the time. Just a little bit a day. Hope this helps.

You are not obese, unless you are like 4 feet. The best way to lose fat is cardio, meaning you should sweat a lot and be breathing heavily. The best way to lose fat is just running or climbing stairs, but there are many other exercises that could work just as well within your own home. Like mountain climbers. I don not know much about fitness, but I very certain I am on the right track. By the way if you do not want to get noticeable six packs do not do many situps or crunches. If you want a good trainer go to youtube.com/sixpackshortcuts or preferably for you youtube.com/insanehomefatloss it is very useful.

try drinking 1 bottle of water before eating
do a 2 mile easy jog a day
try to eat at least 3-5 meals a day

I did the south beach diet and w/in 2wks lost 15lbs just from following the diet w/out exercise. I then included exercise into the later phases. But if you can't do the exercise I'd advise doing phase 1 for 3wks instead of 2wks then phase 2 the same and back to phase 1. Keep alternating between the 2 phases and exclude phase 3. But if you can tolerate eating a lot(which you have to do on it) and lots of protein and eggs then you will do great!! I enjoyed it better than Atkins b/c eventually you gradually bring back some carbs and sugars. It's also good b/c if you happen to mess up you can always start back at the first phase. I didn't buy the big book but went to Walmart and bought the smaller book for like $5 which breaks down the good and bad foods through all 3 phases. Think of it as a change of life instead of a diet! And remember, there's really no quick way! But I've offered this to a lot of ppl on here and they loved it! Good Luck w/whatever you decide and I hope you hit your goal!!
