Nothing about being anorexic or bulimic please. I just want to lose weight.
I don't have access to a gym, but I have a treadmill and an elliptical. But I can do floor exercises.
Also how many calories, what kinds of food to cut out, how much water I should drink, fat burning foods?
Anything else would be great. Thank you!
Btw, I'm 145, and 5'6. And I want to be like 130 in two months. Or less if possible.

Okay for starters you have to start off slow and usually if you cut weight fast you will only gain it back.
The other thing you need to know is that you have to cheat sometimes. Because if you don't one day you will crack and eat pretty much everything in your whole house.
Also if you can go outside for walks and runs then do that. Especially if where you are is hilly because that will be better for your muscles and give you more endurance and such.. its just a better work out with an added bonus of vitamin D.
Food wise: sugar is enemy number one. (thats what i struggle with) same with snacks such as crackers and such. Just don't buy them of keep them in your house... pretty much don't keep anything that might tempt you stay in your house because if you have to get up walk to your car drive all the way to the ice cream shop eat the ice cream walk to your car and walk back into your house its better than walking to your fridge where the tub is just waiting for you.
EAT ALL THE VEGGIES AND FRUITS YOU WANT. Well, of course within reason
MODERATION IS KEY.
Try not to eat to much bread and pasta, etc. and when you do make it whole grain.
Try different fruits and veggies and recipes to see what you like.. you have to enjoy eating that type of food to stay with it.
Eat meat but don't overdo it. Don't eat fried things... think chicken nuggets and french fries (NO)
Again. Moderation is key.
About the calories. You can't eat more calories than you burn in a day. I would go to an online calculator that you can google (or if you have an iphone then i suggest the app my fitness pal- its a free way to keep track of your calorie intake)
Look online at health mags to find the right workouts for you that you can do at home.
DRINK a glass of water before every meal. And whenever you get a craving or feel hungry try drinking a glass because your probably mistaking thirst for hunger.
Also I would like to say 2 months may or may not be realistic. A good bit depends on how old you are, your current fitness, and your current diet.
So, this may or may not be hard for you.
I would also like to point out that when you gain muscle you weigh more but look better. So your goal may be 130lb but you might just want to change it to getting fit and if your weight happens to drop it will be an added bonus.

Well Emily, what ever people say, you're flawless. They have no right to tell you how you look. People call me fat too and it got into my head. I got sick of it so i worked out this summer and i lost 5 dress sizes and 4 jean sizes. I'm so happy but im not completely satisfied because i can do more. So this is what i did.
~ Exercise everyday even if you do feel lazy
~ After exercising, walk for 10 minutes
~ Try to stand instead of sitting because being uncomfortable is more beneficial
~ Stay away from any energy drinks, junk food and all that.
~ Eat healthy foods. Lean meat, vegetables, and fruits. Natural and fresh if you can. On the salad, no dressing.
~ Buy an outfit that you desperately want to wear and look good in to keep you motivated
~ Try to drink green tea, it helps clean out your colons and will make this somewhat easier
You don't even have to go to the gym, i didn't.
Find a large space with lots of open air. Get a jump rope and jump rope for 30 minutes. It's better if you can it straight without resting but even if you do rest, its only 5 Mississippi's. This will do wonders. it helps with your enitre body. Do lots of lunges. I know i hate it but i had to do it. Next, lift about 3-5 lbs weights and use them. but make sure you massage your arms after or you'll have these weird muscle arms and yuck it does not look good on girls.
Really this is what i did everyday.......
