The formula for losing weight is easy - consume less food and workout more often - the issues surface when we actually try to put that into practice! There are plenty of opportunities to fail out there don't you think?! The only diet which definitely delivered for me is green tea, it can be viewed in the resource box underneath, they have a handful of free trials remaining, it was highlighted in Reader's Digest and CNN. I lost thrity pounds, it definitely does produce success!

Weight loss was a huge problem for me until I checked out acai berry. I understand they say that pills won't work, however they sure worked for me, and they've been featured on CBS News too. There's a free trial happening currently at http://tubitarn.informs.com, give it a try , how worse could it make things?

brookie, I have been trying to lose weight for about 6 months now and have tried almost every single weight loss pill thats out there... 99% of them don't work, I say 99% because I recently tried one that is starting to show some real results, acai berry pills..? so far I have been taking them for 2 months and I have lost 22lbs! YEAH ME.. 28lbs to go, but anyways I got them for free from this website, they may still be doing it.. not sure but check it out.
hope this helps,

what's happening is that all of that weight is turning into muscle. and muscle actually weighs more than fat. but fat is much bigger. a volleyball of fat is equal to a tennis ball of muscle. so instead of judging your weight loss by the number on the scale judge it by how you look and how your clothes fit.

He really wasn't on the island that long to lose really visible weight. They had food on the island, and not just coconuts. Sure, he was walking a bit more, but have you ever watched the Biggest Loser and see what they go through to lose some weight? Don't you remember how he chowed down when they found the Dharma food? Also, he chowed down once he got home, and depresion and stress/anxiety do not go well with weight loss.
They lack of nic names shows that they do not have a history together, as most people with nic names have with each other. Most everything right now is to keep this new secret.
