Question: I like mini wheats, special k bars, and Greek yogurt. I was gonna do a yogurt for breakfast and cereal for lunch and healthy dinner. I need something simple to follow I'm not a big breakfast or lunch eater. If you have done any healthy meal plan that will def help me lose a pound or 2 please help me out. My goal is 7 pounds.

It's generally accepted that 3500 calories is a pound, so in order to lose 2 pounds per week, you'd have to create a weekly deficit of 7000 calories. You can do this by eating 500 less than you normally burn and exercising an extra 500 calories. Keep in mind this quick weight loss is only safe and plausible if you are very overweight or have a lot to lose. If 7 pounds is your entire goal, you're probably better off losing one pound a week and toning muscle so that you look visibly smaller. It's always best to start your day off with protein - yogurt is a good choice, but you should have a morning snack of something else, like eggs or nuts (or a protein snack bar, I like Special K stuff too!) If you're not big on lunch, I guess a small bowl of cereal is a good choice, but also have a few pieces of fruit - or mix up some fruit and yogurt for a yummy smoothie that you can sip away at. Make sure to eat lots of vegetables at dinner, and maybe snack on something like carrot stick or celery throughout the day. Good luck!

A healthy weight loss is about 7 pounds a month. If you stay at a steady pace, that is about how much you can expect to lose in that time frame. Good luck.

Be more specific how much do you weigh now what's your age,height are you a male or female but pretty much eat 6 meals a day probably a protein shake for breakfast, cottage cheese with a 3oz sweet potato for snack,1 cup brown rice with 6oz chicken breast for lunch, have a protein bar for a snack, eat 6oz white fish with 1 cup brown rice for dinner. Don't forget to eat lots of green veggies. Your excersises should be a lot of cardio and resistance training, losing two pounds a week is commitment. Good luck

a pound of fat is 3500 calories. two a week is a bit quick. You would need a defecit of about 500 a day, which isn't all that healthy. I would shoot for calorie deficit of 300 or so, but i suppose you could do 500. Fish is good, salad is always good too if you get fat free dressing (which as an acquired taste but not impossible), a good sandwhich with turkey or some lean meat, fat free toppings or veggie toppings like tomatoes and onions and lettuce (mustard has almost no calories). a bunch of sites has healthy idea options.

stay away from breakfast cereals they're terrible for you. Pure carbs "complex" or not, they're ****. Plain yogurt or fruit, in the morning, after a workout, period. Never eat carbs during the day after breakfast. If you don't eat breakfast it makes the other meals actually fatten you, so you need breakfast. Keep carbs below 50g and eat more meat. No more breads, pastas, or anything grain or seed.

following a japanese diet is probably one of the healthiest things to eat, ive done that ever since 6 months ago and i feel alot healthier, awake, and just really good! breakfast includes: grilled salmon, japanese rice, green tea, miso soup and an omlet dinner includes: bean sprouts, japanese rice, green tea, fish

got nuts with nuts eating a handful of nuts will help you stay full try soaking them in water for a different texture

drink alot of water... go on a liquid diet and run alot... you could also get one of those sweat suits. you put it on and it makes you sweat alot(walmart,academy,sports authority). but lots of water and running. dont eat junk eat healthy (veggies fruits) good luck and i salute you (remember i am just suggesting i am not an expert but i had some friends go into the army and the air force)
