Question: i run each day and i stay away from high sugar foods but i cant lose weight!!!!!!! i eat 3 meals a day and get plenty of sleep.... wat else can i do?? i weigh 160 and im trying to get down to 155 and then just keep cutting down fat five pounds at a time and build muscle

running is cardio..you must combine toning(yoga/pilates/fitball/weights) with cardio to lose fat effectively...drink only water...try to eat about 5 or 6 small meal through out the day

I would Imagine you have some muscle mass, if you play Offensive Line in Football. Best way to loose weight on the off season would to do some dieting, I'm pretty sure you've heard this before. You need to reduce your total calorie intake in a day to where you are losing a Pound or more a week, but try not to lose more than Three pounds a weeks; It's unhealthy and will cause you to lose muscle mass. Don't be surprised if your lifts at school start to weaken about 20-40 pounds depending on what Core exercise; It's just your body not having enough extra calories to produce enough energy for your muscles to do the lift as heavy as your used to doing, and Whenever you feel you are done losing weight, your exercises should begin to increase in weight rather fast again. Also not having all those calories will cause you to feel more tired and less energetic. A great way to make sure your getting all your proper nutrients is by writing everything down, like on a excel spread sheet. Good Luck with goals and I hope you meet them.

weight loss starts with good eating habits. stop eating things that slow the bowels. Breads and cheese are two big ones. do not skip breakfast and eat good fiber and proteins. Baked chicken breast and good meats. Hamburger is not a good option. Steaks will speed bowels and eat the fats. Total raisin bran works well as a meal or snack. drink whole milk and loose the soda. sports drinks are ok. no white potato's and no pasta. My son is 6-1 and 185. Is solid mass of muscle and drinks a gallon of milk per day. Not to mention few lbs of good meats. Will do the same for you.

I found the book to be very informative and easy to read. I've lost 17 pounds in 12 days, I'm just concerned that I'm losing too much weight, too quickly. I will admit I haven't followed the guide exactly. I'm not sticking perfectly to the listed foods and meal plans (but mostly) and doing very little exercise, but the weight keeps flying off. It clearly works and if I'd followed it exactly I think it would scare the living daylights out of me because of the amount that I'd lose. So thanks again for the information. I've never purchased anything like this before because they are usually full of trash, but 3WD has been a pleasant surprise. Get started today!

make sure you check food labels and avoid anything with more than 4 grams of sugar especially high fructose corn syrup per serving
