Question: I eat 1200kcal healthy balanced diet which includes 5aday veg and fruit. I also work out when I'm free. But I think my body is getting used to it so my losing weight has slowed down. Id like to try out oats diet. Eating oats twice a day. What is the full procedure

It is good to eat oats twice a day. To make it more healthier and to help you to lose weight, you can add some fruits like strawberries, cherries etc. It is perfectly fine even if you don't add fruits into it. You still lose weight. But make sure that the milk is semi-skimmed. You can also try this one : make it with a half cup of your choice of low-fat flavoured yoghurt. The yoghurt will help flavour it so that you don't get bored of the oatmeal taste, as well as benefit you with active cultures that can help your digestive system. HOPE THIS HELPS !!!! EATING OATMEAL IS THE BEST WAY TO LOSE WEIGHT. BEST CHOICE :)

think ahead to how youll eat and exercise on the weekends its easy to get too relaxed on saturdays and sundays but healthy living is a 7 day a week endeavor
