Question: most of my weight is from muscle...im not really that fat...but i want to look like a model. i work out everyday but i cant really help myself when it comes to food. when my moms not home food is my friend and i eat it.

Diet Recommendation Okay. Cut out eating in between meals. Only eat healthy food and cut down on Carb's like bread, potatoes, pasta's, rice, cereals, lollies, fruits etc. These are the fat making foods. Learn exactly what your food groups are so you then know what puts the weight on and off. Don't add salt to your meals. Cut out sweet soft drinks. Then walk an hour every morning approximately two hours after a meal and the same in the afternoon. If you can jog in between both sessions you'll burn even more calories. But just do what your body lets you do. Walking is just as good combined with diet control. You should lose and continue to lose more weight as you go. Watch the scale readings every day as you should be coming down in weight to your required natural weight for your height etc. If you can cut out your lunch meal and replace it with a protein drink instead that would also help. Available in supermarkets like the product called "Slim Right". As long as you can stay off junk food and eating in between meals. If you have to eat something in between have something like small raw carrots or celery sticks. Herbal teas, low fat milk and water are your best choice of drinks. Summary: Choose a cereal low in sugar for breakfast. Remember all cereals are carbohydrates! Lunch can best be a protein drink. Like "Slim Right". And have all normal meals at a normal serve. Cut down on potatoes and only have small portions of these. Walking as much as you can. Add some jogging if you can. For those that want to build more muscle add some gym work to the above as well. Technical Stuff: All our bodies require a specific quantity of a protein level. The protein is taken from the food we eat. If we eat higher concentrations of protein from specific foods like say meat then that level is reached quickly. If we don't eat enough protein then our body searches for other sources of protein contained within the Carbohydrates. Carbohydrates only contain a small amount of protein so we end up consuming too much of it just to get out limit of protein. At the same time absorbing too much sugar from the carbohydrates and in turn too much weight. This is how and why we put on weight. Many people over eat because they don't consume enough protein from the right sources. Then they over compensate by binge eating carbohydrate type foods. Always check with your doctor before going on any weight reduction or change of diet program.

nobody here can give you a 100% accurate anwser. each of the models eat differently. now i dont remember which one eats which diet. but heres what i do know: model #1: does not eat any carbs. they make her "puffy" model 2: (i think her name was klaudia) sheonly eats fruit before noon, and as much as she wants. small lunch. she has a normal dinner. model 3: naturally fast metabolism, toast and avocado for breakfast, or oatmeal, loves raisins, normal lunch, and sushi for dinner. loves sushi. always eat breakfast! oh and i THINK alessandra eats 5 times a day (small meals). i THINK. but i know one of them does. none of them measure anything, and they dont count calories. this is GREAT beacause it steers you AWAY from obsession. trust me, do NOT count calories. now like i said, im not sure which was which. i think Adriana does a juice fast or a liquid diet before the show. but then she returns to normal eating habits. and heidi lost all her baby weight by eating no carbs, 1000 calories a day, lean proteins and working out for 2 hours a day in two wortkouts. its completely insane. personally i wouldnt be able to last a day on that diet. but keep in mind each individual is different. they have the money to hire personal trainers, and sady i dont :( i hope you do :) so the best advice i can give you is to eat healthy, dont eat thoes 100 calorie snack packs that are presumed as healthy. eat oatmeal, milk, yogurt (low fat of course!), whole grains (limit the pasta!!), no sauces on anything, only use olive oil and lemon for a dressing, unlimited amounts of fruits and veggies!! as for their excercises, these work for everybody and they work for everyone. look up victorias secret ab excercises on youtube, youll get GREAT results. crunches do NOT work btw. i tried it for 8 or 9 months, 400 a day, NEVER worked. so dont waste your time. try doing cardio 3-5 times a week, meaning arobics, swimming, running, jogging, walking, rollerblading, skating, skiing, wrestling is GREAT apparently. maybe karate also?? im devoted to having their bodies, and ive done a TON of research!! if youd like you cna email me antime youd like!

I am going to talk to you as if you are an adult. If you are 13 and weigh 183 and think you are not fat, you are in serious denial. The first thing you can do to help yourself become a model is to face the reality and challenge yourself to make life changes to achieve your goal.

lol your weight is NOT from muscle. A 13 year old girl cannot possibly have the hormones required to build that much muscle mass. Admit it, you are fat. That being said, you will not have a big chance at being a victoria's secret model. I doubt you will have the dedication to get in shape. Plus, you will be all baggy after.

discipline. if you really want it, you have to know the steps on how to get there, first you have to have the look of a model, you do not need to have a "pretty face" make up does it all...but what it is important to them is taht you have personality, presence, the body (slim) and the height (very tall) ....first of all, dont get obsessed with losing weight because you will not be focused. You don't need to starve yourself, just simply, for example, instead of eating a whole hamburger...eat just the half of it. you also have to find out what your BMI is and how many calories can you have per day. make sure you give up on greasy food, soda, candy bla bla bla. do Exercise, drink lots of water. have a good night sleep ALWAYS....eat fruits and vegetables ...LOVE YOUR BODY take care of it, because if you want to become a model, ...that'll be will get you the jobs. BE PERSISTENT!!!! and be patiente

MOST MODELS NOW A DAYS ARE ANOREXIC LOOKING AND IT DEPENDS ON HEIGHTH AS WELL... MOST MODELS ARE 5FT SEVEN AND TALLER... IF YOU REALLY WANT TO BE A MODEL GO TO A MODEL AGENCY FOR TEENS AND SEE WHAT THEY SAY... OR YOU COULD GO TO A PLACE CALLED GLAMOUR SHOTS AND TAKE MODELING PICS FOR FUN... MOST MODELS EAT REALLY HEALTHY AND SAD TO SAY SOME DON'T EAT AT ALL.... MAYBE YOU SHOULD JUST BE YOU INSTEAD OF A MODEL AND BE HAPPY WITH WHO YOU ARE.... IF YOU JUST EAT RIGHT AND DON'T EXCERCISE IT WON'T WORK OR IF YOU JUST EXCERCISE AND DON'T EAT RIGHT IT WON'T WORK EITHER YOU HAVE TO HAVE BOTH...
