nobody here can give you a 100% accurate anwser.
each of the models eat differently. now i dont remember which one eats which diet. but heres what i do know:
model #1: does not eat any carbs. they make her "puffy"
model 2: (i think her name was klaudia) sheonly eats fruit before noon, and as much as she wants. small lunch. she has a normal dinner.
model 3: naturally fast metabolism, toast and avocado for breakfast, or oatmeal, loves raisins, normal lunch, and sushi for dinner. loves sushi.
always eat breakfast! oh and i THINK alessandra eats 5 times a day (small meals). i THINK. but i know one of them does.
none of them measure anything, and they dont count calories. this is GREAT beacause it steers you AWAY from obsession. trust me, do NOT count calories.
now like i said, im not sure which was which. i think Adriana does a juice fast or a liquid diet before the show. but then she returns to normal eating habits. and heidi lost all her baby weight by eating no carbs, 1000 calories a day, lean proteins and working out for 2 hours a day in two wortkouts. its completely insane. personally i wouldnt be able to last a day on that diet.
but keep in mind each individual is different. they have the money to hire personal trainers, and sady i dont :( i hope you do :) so the best advice i can give you is to eat healthy, dont eat thoes 100 calorie snack packs that are presumed as healthy. eat oatmeal, milk, yogurt (low fat of course!), whole grains (limit the pasta!!), no sauces on anything, only use olive oil and lemon for a dressing, unlimited amounts of fruits and veggies!!
as for their excercises, these work for everybody and they work for everyone. look up victorias secret ab excercises on youtube, youll get GREAT results. crunches do NOT work btw. i tried it for 8 or 9 months, 400 a day, NEVER worked. so dont waste your time.
try doing cardio 3-5 times a week, meaning arobics, swimming, running, jogging, walking, rollerblading, skating, skiing, wrestling is GREAT apparently. maybe karate also??
