Well, im 14 and i wanted a six pack, i dont want to get propper ripped. i just want my abs to be visible. ive done all the crunches and pullups or whatever, and my belly feels more harder which is a good thing. but ivve got a layer of fat covering it. my belly is flat but has got a fluffly layer of fat covering it. i need to know what cardio exercises i can do to burn of that fat and will that help to show my sixpack? as i already started doing abs excerisizes a month ago.
