Is this a good diet for a six pack?

Question: I'm a guy, 17, 5'8" 124 lbs with around 8% body fat. I do 200 push ups and sit ups each day and can almost see the six pack. Anyways what I usually have each day is 1 bottle of slim fast, 1 rainbow roll, some fruits, and a little bit of noodles and meat here and there. Is this enough/good food to be eating? Also I'm wondering if the sushi is good, it does have 31 grams of protein in it, but also white rice. Thanks!

I'm going to be frank with you here bro, 124 lbs for a guy is extremely skinny especially for a guy 5'8. I mean I know skinny girls who weigh more than 124. I'm not sure what the reason is behind wanting to get your 6 pack but I'm assuming it's to impress people (mainly chicks I'm guessing). And I just wanted to point out that abs on a skinny guy are about as impressive as big boobs on a fat chick. If your concerned with looking fit you really outta bulk and build a decent muscular foundation before worrying about a 6 pack. Ideally if I were in your shoes I would lift hard eat hard my way up to at least 160 pounds then cut for that 6 pack at around 150-155. No offense intended, just my honest opinion. Anyways for that six pack you need to drop your body fat percentage with a calorie deficit. Calculate your bmr (calorie maintenance) with an online calculator and subtract 500 from that for the daily amount of calories you should eat to drop your bfp.

Exercise or no exercise you won't be able to lose the weight if you don't cut your food intake but we all know that's pretty hard, right? A good appetite suppressant can help you out big time but it has to be natural or you can get into serious heath problems. I lost 38 lbs in 2 months by using garcinia cambogia extract (FDA approved 100% natural). In my first month 26 and then 12 the second month. I was an emotional eater and these supplements changed my life. They act like an appetite suppressant so I didn't feel like eating anymore. Not hungry anymore -> Lower calories -> Lose weight, simple as that. I did no exercises just 20 minutes walks 5 days a week. It's been 4 months since I lost the weight and I did not gain any pounds back, actually I lost another 5 lbs (I stop taking them after I lost the weight). If you want to take a look here is a website where you can find discounts: http://www.garciniacambogiapromo.com I got them 30% off from here. Hope this helps!

Wow that's a really impressive schedule you got going there :) If you really want to tone your abs and you find nothing else works, I'd try the Bender Method of Core Training with the Bender Ball. You might be able to order it online, but it is very affective and works quickly. I hope I helped! Good Luck!

1. The slim fast has a bunch of sugar in it 2. Eat way more protein like cottage cheese and chicken breasts 3. Sushi isn't the healthiest because of the white rice and sometimes the mayo and spicy sauces, btw I LOVE SUSHI! It's like my favorite food so I enjoy it in moderation like one a week. I get the raw salmon/tuna, I think you can also find brown rice sushis too 4. Make sure you eat enough and don't deprive yourself, 124 at 5'7 is REALLY small, I'm 5'5 and 132, so gain a little 5. 8% body fat is fricken amazing so just keep doing what you are doing

No. Ditch the fruit/noodles/rice and eat more protein (meat). Do more sit ups with resistance instead of push ups.

You need water for your body to burn fat. Without water, your kidneys can not do their job properly and your liver must pitch in to help. While it's helping the kidneys, your liver can't burn as much fat, so some of the fat that would normally be used as fuel gets stored in your body instead. Drinking more water lets the liver get back to its own job of turning fat into fuel.Your body needs water-it's sixty percent water. But if you don't drink enough, your body thinks it's in danger and tries to hold onto all the water it can get. The water is stored between the cells and shows up as extra weight. Your feet, legs and hands may even swell up. When your body gets enough water, the stored water is released. The more water you drink, the less you'll eat. Water is nature's own appetite suppressant. A glass of water before eating will help you feel full and eat less. You'll also get rid of extra salt by drinking water (salt can also cause the body to hold onto water). Drink at least 8, eight-ounce glasses of water every day. If you're overweight, drink an additional glass for every Twenty-five pounds of excess weight. Now ,make sure you eat well each day.eat foods like fruit, veggies ,baked and boiled meats,no fried foods, no eating before bed , no junk food, no sugar ,no butter, no mayo, and eat fat free cheese drink milk it will help take off pounds around the belly and sides,no hot dogs or lunch meat.eat less bread,i like to make big meals like bake extra chicken with veggies ,then you can snack on leftovers,i hope i helped,
