I need help! I need low calorie foods that will keep me full to help with weight loss. All I ever hear is lots of fiber blah blah, wells that's great, but I'm not a nutritionist. Can I please have some real examples of tasty foods please??!?

Most fruits and vegetables are low in calories and have good fiber contents. If you fill your plate with a lot of red, yellow and green vegetables (most vegetable are low in calories) and eat small portions of meat, fish and poultry, you will be healthy and lose weight. If you must eat pasta, eat whole grain or whole wheat pasta and eat only a small portion.
It is very important to eat a good breakfast that has protein in it. Eggs-boiled or cooked with just a drop of butter, Apple halves spread with peanut butter, 1 slice whole grain bread with a slice of Low Fat cheese are all good starters to carry you through to lunch. Low calorie snacks also help to keep you from feeling hungry. For snacks try popcorn without the butter or cheese, a piece of fruit but not grapes or other high sugar fruit, carrot and/or celery sticks.
Forget desserts, or just eat one of those 100 calories packets of cookies or diet ice cream that is under 100 calories. Of course you can only eat one serving of the low cal ice cream or cookies.

Negative calories does not mean it has -1 or so calories. It means it has very little and your body takes more energy burning it off than it gives. So celery for example is one of those foods, it is maybe 4 calories a stalk? In order to digest it, your body uses up 5, therefore that's what they mean by the negatives. Also eating too much isn't a problem, as long have other foods too. 1000 calories a day seems a bit low, I would aim for 1200 or so.
no, you don't have to eat less to lose weight. to lose weight, simply eat more fruits and vegetables. you can eat a lot more fruits and vegetables because they're lower in calories. (plus they got vitamins and minerals. and yes they also have protein. you don't need as much protein as you think you do) for instance, one donut is around 300 calories but you can have 3 peaches or 10 cups of broccoli or 6 cups of strawberries!
veggie soup is low calorie, also tasty if you use seasonings and sauces! a baked potato is around 200 calorie but eat it with a side plate of veggies and that meal would be around 400 calories.
try sweet mashed potatoes with coconut, almond, rice, and hemp milk. broccoli with garlic sauce is yummy. try a grilled peanut butter and banana sandwich for a more delicious and hearty treat. use sprouted bread if you can. & avocado and chickpeas sandwich http://www.twopeasandtheirpod.com/smashed-chickpea-avocado-salad-sandwich/ also there's thai vegetarian curry.
you don't want to eat less because you'll have less energy and feel tired all the time. just change your diet to more fruits, vegetables, a more plant based diet and you'll feel a lot better too :)

There is always the fruits and vegetables waiting for you if you ever want something healthy to eat. I personally love making healthy soups, and one of my favorite is Vichyssoise (or sometimes known as Potato Leek Soup). It is extremely easy to make, low calorie, and also delicious.
Basically all you have to do to make this soup is:
Saute some leeks, and onions until translucent. Add chicken or vegetable stock, wait until you have established a simmer, add small-dice potatoes, simmer all ingredients until fully cooked, puree the soup, season, and serve. Traditionally this soup is served chilled, but served hot is also delicious as well.

In the superstore, fruits are usually chosen far too soon. Some are rocks, many are bitter. Some of the fresh vegetables are right (zucchini, onions, garlic, lettuce, greens, and a few others) so I'd have to go with vegetables.

Don't load up on high cal foods, but rather refreshing ones.
Fresh fruit, berries and whipped cream. A nice garden salad with ice burg and romain lettuce, tomatoes, cucumbers, bell peppers etc...
****Actually 1500 calories would probably be just fine. A light day wont hurt, but enjoy from fruit with a swet dip, or a candy bar to go with it.
