i have been doing a strict diet. i keep mostly to water these days and no juices or anything with carbs.
recently istarted drinking diet soda which claims to have 0calories, 0 carbs, now i know that there are other chemicals and ingredients that are harmful, health wise.
my question is as far as weight loss only..is diet soda good or worse?is it like drinking regular soda? will i gain weight or loose should i continue drinking that?

Diet soda is not like regular soda in that it does not contain calories or sugar that are bad for you. However, diet soda has been studied to make the drinker hungrier and want to snack more. Also, there is a lot of debate over the chemicals and their health hazards. Me and my roommate have done a lot of research on this, being diet soda drinkers. I think that as long as you limit the amount of soda you are drinking, you will be fine. You should never eat or drink too many unnatural substances.

I can taste the difference in both diet dr. pepper and coke zero. The fake sugar leaves such a bad aftertaste it sometimes makes me throw up.
i have often wondered this as well, but i guess until scientists come up with a better artificial sweetener, or find out how to take the calories out of regular sugar, we just have to either drink the calories or find a way around the taste.
I would just like to add that the artificial sweeteners may be very dangerous to our health. We are just starting to see the long term effects of some of the first ones invented, but things like Splenda are new, and we won't truely know if they are safe for many many years.
i got here across the e book to be very informative and basic to envision. i've got lost 17 pounds in 12 days, i'm only worried that i'm dropping too plenty weight, too quickly. i will admit i've got not accompanied the handbook precisely. i'm no longer sticking completely to the listed meals and meal plans (yet oftentimes) and doing little or no workout, however the load keeps flying off. It for sure works and if i might accompanied it precisely i think of it would scare the living daylights out of me because of the quantity that i might lose.
