no-one say diet cos i really don't need to, i can feel the six pack and see it when i flex it, how can i make my abs more visible?
i play a lot of football(soccer) and cyclye a lot

jogging is an excellent exercise because it let you lose weight
evenly throughout your whole body. If you want to lose weight in
specific areas, you should target them with exercises. If they are
your problem areas, they will be very difficult to tone. You will have
to work double on them. The best approach is this:
1. Lower/control your daily calorie intake (control for normal
weight, lower for overweight).
2. Run/jog to lower your overall body fat percentage.
3. Target your problem areas with exercises.
an excellent exercise, you can do it in front of your TV: sit on a
stool, and put your toes under something (piece of heavy furniture,
for example). In your hands hold a little dumbbell. Please, make sure
that it is not very heavy, start with one kilo, for example, or you
will damage your back and spine! Slowly move the upper part of your
body back, until it's parallel with the ground. Stop for a second and
move it back to the sitting position. Repeat ten times. Every week add
to the number of repetitions. You will see the results in a week,
guaranteed! You will see or feel under the fat - if you have any - six
pack and muscles. Dumbbells do wonders. Much better than these
crunches - I came up to three hundreds and there was no results AT
ALL. With the dumbbells you will see it in a week.

It sounds very good and you have it under control but remember. If you think that you are under weight it means that you are under eating that is why you are losing weight. If you under eat then your body will think that it should take from the supply it already has which is from the body itself it actually eats its self that is why no weight is put on and the person gets skinnier. it will cause serious problems later on with the bones.
Utube also have clips that will help.
A safe diet that i eat is to eat every four hours so that my body doesn't stave itself and it knows that I am going to be regular with the food because if it thinks it won't get any food then it will store up the food it gets and make me even more fatter even though I don't eat much.
So eat every four hours have anything even if it is a stick of celery just pop it in but in your case you have to eat more a healthy calorie count is 2000 a day unless you exercises then it will be 2500 a day so that your body doesn't eat it self. and your body will behavior correctly and doesn't think that it is on a famine. If it thinks this then it will store store and store. Hence big belly. Eat Carbs during the day and eat slow releasing ones like, potato's, whole wheat, oats, rice, bread. One large potato is a portion and a half. So watch your portion sizes because you will need to eat more to make up the difference and eat often every four hours. Good luck it works for me.
Crunches, crunches, crunches! Over the next week work your way up to at least 100 a day. I know that sounds a lot but it's not that bad all. They will keep getting easier, I can sometimes manage 1000 if i have time, and i am not a big exercise fan. Sometimes however it is down to ur genes, my mother used to be a bodybuilder and i find i look like the hulk if i do a few press-ups, some people find it much more difficult! You have plenty of time though.

well i am 15 145lbs and 5"10 and i have done about 30 to 40 situps every night for about 2 months and the results are excellent my six pack is very visible

go to the store and get 2 thing a 6pack of cokes and some duct tape works everytime,no seriously keep working out and run

do many crunches and then rest for one day after your workout to let the muscles repair. or maybe join a sport so you will have fun while reaching your goal. wrestling is a good sport for what you are looking for and you will have fun.
