Preheat oven to 350°F. Coat 2 baking sheets with cooking spray. 2. Grind oats in a blender or food processor. Transfer to a medium bowl and stir in flour, baking soda and salt. Beat butter in a large bowl with an electric mixer until fluffy. Add oil, granulated sugar, brown sugar, egg and vanilla; beat until smooth and creamy. With the mixer running, add the dry ingredients, beating on low speed until just combined. Stir in chocolate chips. 3. Drop the dough by heaping teaspoonfuls, at least 1 inch apart, onto the prepared baking sheets. Bake cookies, 1 sheet at a time, until firm around the edges and golden on top, about 15 minutes. Cool the cookies for 2 minutes on the baking sheets, then transfer to wire racks to cool completely. good luck! and have fun :)

There's a very healthy cookie recipe(s) on the site listed below. The one sweetened with applesauce is very healthy and hearty so some of the family turned up their noses but the rest liked them.

I've used a cake mix, 1/2 cup applesauce and two eggs to make cake mix cookies. Sometimes I top my cake mix cookie with a little cool whip, or I'll add a few nuts or chocolate chips. They are low fat and satisfy the sweet tooth, and they are even better when frozen.

Yes it is healthy but I only add a drizzle or a tsp of honey and I add a slice of lemon. Its good to have it first in the morning because first, water gets rid of all the toxins, second hot water clears your digestive system, third, there are vitamins, antioxidents and minerals in the honey and lemon which is good for EVERYTHING especially your skin. I have a friend who noticed results after she started taking it first thing every morning before breakfast. BTW since it gets rid of all toxins and bad things and such stuff then it might help a little with weight loss but only in conjunction with healthy food and enough exercise
