Question: i work out about 5 times a week doing cardio. i eat 1500 calories a day. (i DONT drink enuff water... i drink more diet cokes.) is there a drink or pill i should take to rev it up a bit more??? i get so discouraged cuz sometimes i dont lose anything (or gain anything either). i mostly lose my weight on top and i have a big ol booty that i will always have, but i would like to lose more of my thighs and legs. what do u suggest? cocaine maybe? LOL j/k p.s. im very desperate!

You need to stop drinking the diet cokes for weight loss and health reasons. According to the latest study something linked to diet soda drinking is also linked to obesity. I thought I was one of those people who would NEVER be able to lose weight. I had been fat since I was a teenager and had come to the resignation that I would never be one of the "beautiful people". Then I saw a special on TV about a book called The Movie Star Diet and how people were losing a lot of weight with it. I was still skeptical, but I bought the book just to see for myself. All the advice made sense, and I decided to give it a try. Now, I won't lie. It was the hardest thing--bar none--I have ever done in my life. To follow this diet to it's letter means sacrifice and hard work. But it also meant, for me, awesome results, and getting down to a weight I thought I would never see. Are there other diets out there that will do the same? I'm sure. All I can say, is this is the one that worked for me. A note about the link: They switched websites it looks like, and now only offer a preorder book. Same author and everything, though, so I would say go for it.

you really do need to drink the water - water keeps everything in your body working - it is essential. It also allows your body to flush out the toxins. You might be at a plateau , try lifting some weights - muscles on the backside of your body help you burn calories faster so try to build them up a bit. The more muscle you have the more calories you burn. I don't mean turn into a muscle chick but just get a little muscle tone - your body will thank you when you are older as well.

cocaine or meth will do it all right... but I strongly suggest staying away from drugs as a weight loss sollution. I was heavy into weight loss pills in high school, eventually they stop working then you gain everything back, it sucked. Keep up the exercize, that is the best thing you can do. Sincerely, also trying to lose weight.

On a tee I place the seem in the direction I want the ball to go. Tilt it back to where it's comfortable enough for my foot to glide right below it and hit it with the laces of my boot. My laces are off center though, it'd much easier to kick that way, but I still kick it as if my laces go straight up like regular shoes. That is a prime kicking point. My foot is also a bit turned. So instead of running up and kicking straight on like a soccer ball you go in at an angle and your foot hits the ball at an angle so your toes don't hit it and neither does your shin. I step back a couple big steps and take one to the left. (I'm right footed) I run in that 'J' pattern I just made and figure out how many steps I can take for a perfect kick. You don't want to stutter step, you want a smooth lead up. Try to not hit it with the toes, this will most likely result in the ball going crazy and flipping over and not moving smoothly. If you hit it right it won't hurt, since it shouldn't hurt at all. Follllow through.
