I would really like to lose my little bit of chub on my belly. I am so toned everywhere else. I am willing to do anything besides, stop eating and a tummy tuck because I;m 14 and that's not for me OR my budget, no fad diets, or pills either. Just natural fat loss. Thanks in advance.
P.S Detailed exercises or diet plans are greatly appreciated!

Ok, heres what u gotta do. when ever you go the the gym, work on the ab machine the WHOLE time. If someone wants it give it to them but use it as much as you can.
When you are home, do as many sit ups, and crunches as you can when you wake up and go to bed.
also, the top 5 fattening things are 4 points next are three, and so on. try and get at least 32 points by the end of the week. stop when you can get to 250
Ohkay. I understand how you dont want to run, but atleast once a week? or swimming? they really give the calories a shake. And losing weight is really just a matter of cutting carbs. Buy some "full bars" or "protein shakes" That keep you fuller longer(: Vitamins help too!(: Goodluckk.[:
