PLEASE be detailed when answering me && please no mean answers.
I need to lose a least 15-20lbs before school starts again in about 7 weeks so about a month & 1/2.
Height:5'3 (Asian) So I have a Small Frame.
** I Know This will not gonna happen over night && it will take time & self control but i am asking because i want tips & healthy ways to exercise.
I want my body figure to look like this: (Yoo Bin)
* How do you get killer legs like that? (exercises) :D
I know its not good to try to compare to someone else's body but shes like my idol && i want to at least get close to having killer legs & really thin like her :)
What are the Best Exercises Targeting:
** i dont want a muscular body like a mans but a feminine one so please answer with female exercises. :)

1) Drink a glass of water before every meal. It fills you up so you don't over eat. Also drink a glass of cold water every morning - Your body burns calories by cooling down the water to make it useful to your body.
2) Eat slowly - It takes your brain 20 minutes to realize you're full, so if you eat fast, you'll overeat.
3) Never crash diet. Don't go under 1200 calories a day. It'll slow your metabolism down, and you won't be able to receive all the nutrients you need in a day. And once you do start eating normally again, you'll regain all the weight you lost immediately. Instead, take it slow and steady.
4) Don't be a lazy bum. Do jumping jacks while watching TV, run laps around the coffee table - Just try to keep yourself moving.
5) Immediately after eating, pop a piece of cinnamon or mint gum in your mouth so you don't feel the urge to keep picking at your food.
6) And don't beat yourself up if you had a bad day! Listen to your body - If you want something, have it! Just always remember to keep it in moderation. But don't deprive yourself, or you won't get ANYWHERE.
7) Leave a couple bites left on your plate when eating. You can save calories by not eating every last bite.
8) Substitute "diet" foods for regular foods - Skim milk for whole, low-fat cheese for full-fat cheese, light bread over regular bread, reduced calorie yogurt over regular yogurt, Splenda for sugar, etc.

Don't eat or reduce intake of animal products. There are many hormones, pesticides, unhealthy things injected into animals that we eat and their products. Remember, "You are what you eat." so try eating healthier foods and no processed foods. Eat more veggies and fruits. There are many meat/animal product alternatives that have the same nutrition as meat without the side effects.
Eat more fruits and Veggies: A healthy person should poop 1-3 times a day. If you aren't, then all that poop is rotting and fermenting inside your intestines which can bloat your belly and expand your intestines causing permanent damage. So remember to eat lots of fruits and veggies, whole grains, fibrous foods, and drink plenty of water.
Its been about 3 days since I stopped eating meat and started walking/jogging/running 1 mile a day on treadmill. The fat on my stomach and thighs have gotten softer and jiggly. I feel more energetic and postitive. I think I can continue this life style and be healthier and lose weight. ANY YOU CAN TOO!
Okay, now PLEASE DON'T get offended by what I'm about to say......the name of this diet sounds really awful and I in no way mean to offend you - but you should try this online diet called the Fat Loss 4 Idiots Diet (also known as the "Lose 9 pounds in 11 days diet”). I told you it had a terrible name. Of course you're not an idiot! That's just the name of the diet.
I know some people who are losing a LOT of weight on it. You don't buy special supplements or special food, you choose the foods you like from a list on the website, then it creates an 11 day diet for you using only those foods you’ve chosen. You eat regular food, 4 meals a day...then get a 3 day period where you eat whatever you want....then the program creates a different 11 day diet for you. Then you just keep going until you've lost the weight you want.
My best friend got hers on Ebay for a really cheap price (like $5) - they are selling the diet memberships there, but my boss paid like $40 on the diet’s website. I’d do the Ebay thing if I were you. Just go to Ebay and search “Fat Loss 4 Idiots”.

If u want to lose ur wait for the first u need to do a lot of exercises.
Then u must avoid JUNK FOODS.
Have a lot of RABBIT FOODS like vegetables and fruits.
@ Sit when you eat.
@ Always Avioid Junk food.
@ Dont eat pizza, potato and oily food.
@ Dont drink Softdrinks and soda.
@ Eat a lot of fruits
@ Eat a lot of vegitables.(salad)
@ Drink a lot of water
@ Do not eat candy or chocolate
@ Sleep well
@ If you can, do mediatation and yoga.
@ Dont drink alcohol and don't smoke
@ Eat hygienic foods.
@ Don't get yourself starve
@ After breakfast, make water your primary drink.
@ Switch to ordinary coffee
@ Eat 90 percent of your meals at home.
@ Eat only when you hear your stomach growling.
@ Eat at least two servings of a fruit or veggie at every meal.
@ Use a salad plate instead of a dinner plate.

Walk fast 1 hour a day.
Cut down your portions at meals.
Eat slowly and learn to eat with chop sticks.
Do light weight lifting 3 times a week. you'll lose weight,good luck.

diets never work...just portion control and calorie shift your food intake...you need to do cardio and toning exercises 6 days a week...stay focussed and good luck

I understand your situation. I lived at college dorms too. The food was really bad. I went home often or I would simply eat out. Well, I can tell you that eating too much fried foods is not good. Fruits and grains I recommend. You have to be wary about what you are eating. Read the labels or signs about the food that is being served to you. If you can't make it to the gym, don't worry. It is hard to jiggle exercising with your studies. I think you should drink at least eight glasses of water and try to eat a salad and two servings of fruit per day. I have been told that an apple is a good source of fiber. Try to eat more fruits and veggies than meat. Meats are good for protein but too much can be fattening especially when it's fried. I recommend to eat meats in moderation. As for the exercising, take a walk instead of driving or taking a bus or subway everywhere you go (if you have to time!!).
Take care and be strong!! Good luck in you studies!! College was fun for me and I know it can be fun for you if you make it fun. Meet new people and socialize. Books are not everything, life experiences are the best teachers.
