Question: I am 15, weight 26 pounds, and I am 5'1. My waist in 31 and my hips are 42.... Am I fat? Sorry meant 126

No u are not fat. U are just who you are. I'm 5'9 i used to be 120. I have but on 20 pounds in the past couple of months. I'm a teenager too. Don't worry, some people literally have heavier bones or carry their weight different. It doesn't mean your are fat. Now I'm not here to spout c*** about how u r beautiful just the way u r. Eat healthy, work out, maybe try eating fruits and vegetables. Now i know that is hard, you just have to get in the grove of things. I used to be in complete control of my weight, but now.... One more thing get to bed at a decent time and try to cut down your stress. Thats a major help.

For ur height its a lil over weight. Not fat tho.. it all really depends where the fat is proportioned at.

yes u are a little bit overweight. you should be about 110-115 at most. just eat healthier and exercise more
