For the most part, i only eat vegetables. I was wondering how much more the organic is, compared to non organic
I heard that brocolli, caulifower, and tomatoes are a waste to but organic because pests dont bother them, so little pesticides are used. They say that things with a peel (avocado, bananna, mango, melon) are okay to buy nonorganic because of the peel

The organic veggies/fruits that I buy at Trader Joe's are the same price or less than non-organics at regular supermarket chains.
For most fruits/veggies, where you eat the peel/outer-skin that is exposed to the elements, they should be only consumed as organics. This includes apples, pears, peaches, nectarines, strawberries, all other berries, tomatoes, cucumbers, celery, potatoes, bell peppers, etc. Non-organics on these type foods have ridiculously high pesticide contamination.
You are correct that non-organic broccoli, cauliflower, and such have far lower pesticide contamination than the foods that I mentioned earlier. You can go online and research further which foods are relatively safe to consume as non-organics.

Organic products simply mean they are grown and processed without the use of any synthetic agrochemicals, antibiotics, feed additives, and genetically modified organisms/crops.
Rotational cropping is often practised by organic farmers as a way to protect soil fertility and reduce pest and disease incidences, but that does not mean rotational farming is organic agriculture. One could rotate planting non-organic crops, for instance.
why don't u get off ur *** go to the store and see for urself its way different depending on where u live like flordia for example is problably 3x cheaper then somewhere like new York because its way easier to grow free food all year round and its way more abundant there new York everything needs to be shipped from other areas and everything so its way expensive

you generally end up with lower yield per acre because of less effective fertilizing practices, pest control, disease resistance control, unwillingness to use improved varieties, etc.
you also don't save any on fertilizer, pesticide, herbicide, etc...by any means...where a chemical fertilizer, pesticide, herbicide, etc. are not just more effective because of their exactly known contents and application, they can be bought, stored, transported, concentrated, etc. for much cheaper than bringing in mass quantities of unrefined materials...they are also capable of being mixed and applied in one pass...not so with "organic" methods.
