Question: What are some foods that will help me gain weight, food or drinks to stay closer to. I'm having trouble gain weight I'm under weight

To gain weight you need to combine protein foods with starchy carbohydrates as indicated below. Good weight gaining combinations are bread, cereals, pasta, rice, potatoes or sweet potatoes combined with meat, poultry, eggs, cheese, nuts or sea food. Peanut butter sandwiches and cheese sandwiches are good weight gaining combinations. The protein in the above combinations will help to gain extra muscles.

Run outside. Do lunges. Sit-ups. Bike riding. 8 minutes abs (lol I do it all the time). Running is really your best bet to lose weight in general. And of course eat right. If you like fast food, you'll just have to lay off of so much of it...that's my problem, that and pop. I joined Weight Watchers and they have really helped me out a lot. You should still eat what you enjoy, just portion it. Go on a low-calorie diet keep a journal of EVERY SINGLE THING YOU EAT. It seriously does work. Good luck!

If think you're underweight, get yourself checked by a doctor first to make sure you really are. It's possible for people to think they're outside of the healthy weight ranges, when they're really at a healthy weight. Make sure you gain your weight slowly and steadily. This way, your weight gain will be from muscle, not body fat. In order to do this, you'll need to eat more protein and carbohydrates to allow for growth and development. Foods rich in protein include:- - soya - tofu - eggs - red meat - poultry - dairy products like milk, cheese, yogurt and cream - fish like salmon, tuna and cod - lentils - chickpeas - nuts NB if you are underweight and on a diet to gain weight, you should do so under a doctor's supervision, or ask a nutritionist for assistance. Eat like 5 peanut butter & jelly sandwiches at a time ! I promise this works..eat them everyday...I gained like 3 pounds in 3 weeks..and its not unhealthy food because it has protein

You might just need to eat more. If you want to put on lots of wait fast, maybe try eating a bunch of food (make yourself full but not puking) right before bed, so the food will just lie in your stomach and you may not burn it off as easily. I'm not sure if thos will work though, and I don't think it would make muscle, but instead fat. :)

Selecting the right food types will lose that 20lb in 8 weeks. I know because I've done it, more than once. Food choices are important because certain foods clog the liver and reduce its fat burning function, while other foods cleanse it and increase fat burning function. The liver cleansing diet lasts for 8 weeks but the principles of the diet can be adhered to for life. This diet allows you to eat well but just has some restrictions. It requires that you eliminate red meat, animal fats, dairy, all processed food and anything containing additives. Replace that with fresh fish/seafood (not fried), some lean chicken, lots of vegetables (raw is better), salads and fruit, wholemeal bread, pasta and rice. Drink lots of water and if you can make a fresh raw vegie juice each morning then the process will speed up. I do this myself every year to shed excess weight and usually lose around 2lb a week. It works if you don't cheat of course. Because I do this every year now my excess only ever amounts to 5-10lb per year which is easy to take off.
