When I was 15, I managed to lose 20 pounds (sorry, not 100% sure on the pound-to-stone conversion.) The thing is, losing weight takes a while. Your belly is probably where the most fat is, so it will take the longest to burn off. Also, make sure you are losing weight in FAT and not just water weight or muscle weight. For more info on how weight loss works and how to lose weight: "Dieting doesn't have to be insanely complicated. Seriously, it doesn't. This was how I figured out my 'diet' plan, and lost 20 pounds all on my own--no trainers, no gym, and none of that fancy diet crap you have to pay hundreds of dollars for: 1. Find how many calories your body burns a day 2. Subtract 500 calories from that 3. Eat the final calorie total It’s easy, doable, and, best of all, WORKS. I dropped three belt loops in just six months, and that was when I wasn't even buying my own food! The only thing you need to lose weight is determination and basic math skills. Seriously. That's IT..." Read more: http://healthmad.com/weight-loss/how-man... Some great low-calorie, high-protein snacks to get you started: http://notecook.com/appetizers/sandwiche... Good luck!

Oh man that's a hard one. Are you depressed by any chance or do you have anxiety? I know you might not feel like it but sometimes that's all it is. It's got a way of making your body feel sick and like somethings wrong. Have they checked you for that? You not sleeping at night can be caused by depression, your weight loss could be from lack of sleep..your bowel movement can be out of track because you're brain is telling you everything is wrong with you and you start acting and treating yourself as if you are sick. My sister in law has been depressed for some time now, she would constantly complain about stomach aches, headaches, constipation, loss of appetite, blurred vision and bad hearing too. I mean I can go on for days....she was sooooo sure she had cancer. She went though more tests than one can imagine. Finally her doc. prescribed some depression meds and surprisingly she's stopped complaining about every part of her body. A few months ago she stopped taking them because she feels like she doesn't need them anymore. Since then she's now started complaining about stomach aches and weakness and major headaches. She's even gone to the emergency room and after some more tests she was released with all her tests in the clear.

There generally is a myriad of solutions starting from a few simply do not care to scientific problems to the truth that as ladies hit their core age years their metabolism routinely slows down anyhow whether or not they have got a scientific drawback or now not. I consider whilst weight may not come off effortless many ladies discover it discouraging sufficient that it then turns into simply as a lot of a mental drawback as might be a bodily one. I've under no circumstances been a toothpick, actually whilst I used to be in Jr. High I used to be continually referred to as the fats lady given that I had reached my grownup top and weight of five'three and a hundred thirty lbs. For me that is common and a few men do not like that and a few do and I'm ok with that. The ones that do not find it irresistible, that is their choice. I'm healthful - I performed 3 sporting events a 12 months till the age of 30 whilst I acquired married. I even have Hypothyroidism so I ought to quite be strict approximately my vitamin given that I understand if I placed extra weight on I can have an overly rough time taking it off once more.

I will try to keep it simple. Your metabolism is basically the rate at which your body burns calories to create energy. So the faster your metabolism, the faster you burn calories and the easier it is to lose unwanted weight. To boost your metabolism naturally you just need to eat the right foods. You can sit down and literally eat a 1,000-calorie dinner and yet be absolutely starving just a few hours later and the reason is simple: Because your body didnt get what it needed in those 1,000 calories so it sends signals to your brain telling you to ingest more calories and thus, the late-night cravings. That means that the surest way to end those late-night cravings and keep your weight loss goals on track is to eat a more balanced, nutritious diet that actually gives your body what it needs. It's VERY EASY to lose weight if you eat the right foods. Check out Dr. Charles Livingston's video here: http://www.sexyjese.com - it will blow your mind.

Eat lots of berries throughout the day. They burn belly fat. Also, do about 50 situps every night. Good luck!(:

You shouldn't rush right into it. I am a vegetarian and have been for 4 years and I promise you it gets easier if you just take it slow.. Start off by cutting one type of meat out of your diet at a time. Then move on to cutting out eggs and dairy products. I know you'll be tempted to cheat every now and then but just remember you're doing it for a good cause! :) After a while you'll stop craving meat I suggest trying vegetarianism like me until you are out on your own. The reason I haven't converted to Veganism yet is because I still live with my family and they make it difficult for me. But as soon as I move out I'll be in complete control of the groceries. So just keep that in mind! When you're living by yourself you'll have to learn to cook anyways so you might as well get a head start.
