I have started to diet and lose weight! Im 15 years old and i currently weigh around 10.9 stone! I used to weigh 11.7 stone! I have been on this diet for about 2 months. I am seeing changes like I can finally feet into my jeans again so i have lost some weight around my thighs and bum. However i am not seeing any differences in my belly, in fact i think it is looking worse!! I dont understand that because i have increased my exercise and cut out all junk! But it seems my belly is bulging more then it did! What do I do ????

When I was 15, I managed to lose 20 pounds (sorry, not 100% sure on the pound-to-stone conversion.) The thing is, losing weight takes a while. Your belly is probably where the most fat is, so it will take the longest to burn off. Also, make sure you are losing weight in FAT and not just water weight or muscle weight.

Oh man that's a hard one. Are you depressed by any chance or do you have anxiety?
I know you might not feel like it but sometimes that's all it is. It's got a way of making your body feel sick and like somethings wrong. Have they checked you for that?
You not sleeping at night can be caused by depression, your weight loss could be from lack of sleep..your bowel movement can be out of track because you're brain is telling you everything is wrong with you and you start acting and treating yourself as if you are sick.
My sister in law has been depressed for some time now, she would constantly complain about stomach aches, headaches, constipation, loss of appetite, blurred vision and bad hearing too.
I mean I can go on for days....she was sooooo sure she had cancer. She went though more tests than one can imagine. Finally her doc. prescribed some depression meds and surprisingly she's stopped complaining about every part of her body.
A few months ago she stopped taking them because she feels like she doesn't need them anymore. Since then she's now started complaining about stomach aches and weakness and major headaches. She's even gone to the emergency room and after some more tests she was released with all her tests in the clear.

Maybe your not getting enough water try drinking lots of water(and I mean LOTS) because it might just be water weight.

Eat lots of berries throughout the day. They burn belly fat. Also, do about 50 situps every night. Good luck!(:

You shouldn't rush right into it. I am a vegetarian and have been for 4 years and I promise you it gets easier if you just take it slow..
Start off by cutting one type of meat out of your diet at a time. Then move on to cutting out eggs and dairy products. I know you'll be tempted to cheat every now and then but just remember you're doing it for a good cause! :) After a while you'll stop craving meat
I suggest trying vegetarianism like me until you are out on your own.
The reason I haven't converted to Veganism yet is because I still live with my family and they make it difficult for me. But as soon as I move out I'll be in complete control of the groceries. So just keep that in mind! When you're living by yourself you'll have to learn to cook anyways so you might as well get a head start.
