Question: There are so many of them. Hydroxycut, slim fast..... which one actually works im looking for loosing about 10 pounds i exercise regularly and eat right but i keep gaining weight help!

Awesome spam huh? We should all learn something every day and hopefully you will learn this. There is no such thing as a diet pill, liquid, powder, or fat burner supplement! Got it? Think about it. If any of this garbage worked, why would 2/3 of the adults in the US be overweight, obese, or morbidly obese? We would be lined up without having to spend a dime advertising if someone had the magic formula. Alli is the only over the counter weight loss pill approved by the FDA. There are only three prescription weight loss medications approved. Do you think that if any of them REALLY worked we would have a $60 billion a year industry in "weight loss" supplements? The big three pharmaceuticals would dominate the market. Approved or otherwise, none of these weight loss supplements guarantee anything unless you establish a healthy diet and exercise program. So why not just establish a healthy diet and exercise program and keep your money? You will be spending somewhere between $2 and $4 per day on a product that is not approved or guaranteed to do anything! The only weight loss supplement I recommend is a basic multivitamin. And yes they are dangerous. Heart, liver, kidney, intestinal, and neurological damage and death have all been the result of diet pills. That is why the FDA hasn't approved any new ones for 14 years. These supplement manufacturers are using human guinea pigs (you) for these products. As long as no one gets sick or dies, and they don't get fined or shut down they will keep making and selling this junk. Whether it works or not. I say it over and over and over. "If any one of these products really worked, why are there so many?"

i am a girl, but this should help you too! diet is the biggest factor concerning weight. what you should focus on eating is 5 to 6 small meals a day every 3 hours, that way your cortisol levels decrease (high amounts = belly fat!). also, focus each of these meals mostly on protein. protein will make lean muscle and burn fat. cut out any processed foods, sodas, sugary foods/desserts, drink at least 10 eight oz glasses of water a day. try to limit salt, for it adds unnecessary water weight. avoid ANYTHING containing high fructose corn syrup. AVOID! stick to 100% whole wheat bread. if you crave something sugary, try a whey protein drink or a protein bar. these help you lose weight and get lean muscles. also, dont eat 3 hours before bed time and avoid eating carbs/breads after lunch time for exercise, it is also very important to be active. i suggest working out for at least 30 minutes 6 days a week. to get long, lean muscles, alternate days of weights with arms and legs. i do something called interval training which BLASTS fat. its a workout that alternates between one minute of intense cardio and one minute of weight lifting. it switches up movements so that your muscles dont get used to any one particular movement and stop developing. i do this for about 30 minutes a day and have amazing results. also, aim for around 8 hours of sleep a night. you need the energy in the morning! heres a meal plan example for one day you can try: breakfast: 1 ounce part skim mozzarella cheese, 4 egg whites scrambled, 3 slices deli turkey am snack: 1/2 cup blueberries, 1/2 cup strawberries, 1 scoop whey protein powder, 1 cup skim milk, 1 cup ice lunch: 1/2 spear broccoli, 1/2 cup cooked brown rice, 4 ounces white meat chicken breast, 1 tbsp salsa pm snack: 10 almonds, 1 apple dinner: 1 tbsp low sugar bbq sauce, 6 ounces chicken breast, 4 ounces green beans (aim for your body weight # in protein grams intake a day, aim for around 80-120 grams of carbs and 25 grams of fats) since youre a guy, you can add 300 more calories a day if you want to. sounds like a little bit of food, but it fills you right up a meal plan like this should really never make you hungry, looking for extra snacks. also, cravings should go away. you will always feel satisfied. trying all these things together should really make you lose fat, weight, and definitely tone you up. good luck! i hope that helps

Out of topic, but I offer you another natural alternative. Why choose those unhealthy way if there is a natural one?! (in case you are not in a haste). How long is your time span to lose 10 pounds? I managed to do it, it's not hard at all. In a month, you can lose 10 pounds and more, and you don't have to take any additional products. The key is not eating too much at night. Eat really less for dinner. If you don't stay awake till late at night, you will not feel hungry. Either eat really less, or eat vegetables, or fruit only for dinner. If you do it right, you will lose 10 pounds or even more in a month. I ate only vegetables, an apple, or ate less rice before, for dinner; and I managed to lose more than 10 pounds.
