hey, so i am 15 years old, 1,60 meters, and 49 kilos.... i wanted to know how to go from 49 to 48 kilos, in two days, i go swimming for 45 minutes twice a day, and i only eat a bowl of soup for dinner and fruit or yogurt.... any ideas on what else i could do??? very important to be in two days...

Well There are 6 things u can do:
1) The 3 day diet which works like a charm (lose 10 pounds in 3 days) - I lose around 9-14 pounds in 3 days! Very good diet plus u could eat icecream for desert! Link is Below:
2) You can do the Atkins Diet and eat only 10g of carbs a day like eggs, hot dogs and all proteinsu would like, but i probably wont recommend this, because ull increase u cholestrol, but u will lose 15 pounds in 2 weeks
3) You can do the 7 day diet, which also works like a charm, its hard to stick on BUT U get good results:
DAY 1- ALl fruits u want except banans (EAT ONLY FRUITS)
DAY 2- Eat all vegetables u want (NO POTATO NO CORN)
Day 3- Eat all veges and fruits (NO POTATO< BANANAS< AND CORN)
DAY 4- 3 glasses of skim milk and 3 bananas
Day 5-7: 3oz of protein plus unlimeted Green vegges
LOSE 10-17 pounds in 1 week!!!!!!!!!!!!
4) You can do the scarsdale diet which is a really good diet!
Lose 20 pounds in 14 days
5) You can do a 800-1000 calorie diet, and lose like decent amount of weight
6) Lose 10 pounds of week! by eating 1200-1500 cals and excersising
DONT FORGET TO EXCERSISE ON ALL DIETS AND DRINK 8 Glasses of water!

Three Day Diet - Lose 10 Pounds in 3 Days?
its works its safe and you dont have to move just follow instursctions and only drink water
Do jumping jacks for 10 minutes in between drink water. Do for 2 hours.
Jog in place for 3 hours.

well im in wrestling and im pretty much an expert at losing weight ;D haha. what i did was during wrestling, the room would be really hot around 80-100 degrees, and i wore sweats, and a hoodie with a long sleeve compression shirt under, and long compression pants under my sweats i hate the feeling of sweat on my sweats :P. so i wouldn't recommend it but you could run in a hot area with sweats and a hoody

Fruits and Vegetable diet is good for 7 days... I recommend just water for 7 days also no soda, just water. No liquor, just water. If you can also extend up to 1 hr of jogging that will boost your weight loss. It's like a boxer trying to reach his weight for a week. So water only and fruits and veggie for 7 days. You can also try some food supplement. Try checking this site...
