The best way to lose weight is exercise! Try a lot of cardio.
As for diet, stick to making your plate look like a rainbow. Fruits, veggies, lean meats, all good.
Try to portion what you do eat, too. Fist sized amounts are always good.
And try some vitamins! Green tea and raspberry are good for losing weight.
Best of luck, babe. But just remember, you're beautiful. :)

Hey, I'm 15 to and I used to be overweight,
1. You have to gain self control over food, don't eat fatty foods, and drink a lot of water.
2. One way to lose fat is running I lost half my weight by doing so.
3. Try doing some workout videos on youtube trust me there's a lot, do at least 30 min of cardio a day.
4. Try doing a sport or something that you enjoy that can keep you active, you won't even realize your losing weight while your doing it.
5. Try eating more fruits and veggies, start out small but work your way up.

I'm about the same age and height as you, but weigh 130 lbs. diets can be hard to stick too. Eat less. I would suggest cutting down about 400-500 calories depending on how many you eat a day. Don't eat more than 1800, but I would suggest 1500-1600. Also cardio exercise everyday! I hate running, but as an athlete, I have to. Try walking or jogging if you can run for at least 30 minutes a day. Eat lots of fruits and veggies and whole grains. Try to eat less junk food and sweets because they aren't good for you! Also, for exercise, you could also swim laps or dance or play soccer or basketball. Find something that you like to do and then it will be easier to stick to exercise!

Well first, you should maybe consider joining a sport. And if that's not your thing go for a walk everyday or jog for 15-20 mins a day. Start eating a lot of greens(lettuce, kale, etc. Try to eat 5 small meals a day vs 3 large ones. Good luck!

Im 13, I'm 5'3 and I'm 110. So judging from my experience all you need to do is excersise more and make sure you eat reasonable food! I do sport every day of the school week. eg. tennis, dance, core strength classes. Sign up for fun activities with your friends that you will ENJOY doing. Also,ut eat reasonably, not too much but dont starve yourself. Hope this helps!

One of the best, and safest ways is fiber and water. All vomiting does is burn the esophagus which can cause all kinds of complication and burn the enamel off your teeth, which is very bad.
You can buy fiber by itself in a powdered form and mix into drinks and food. Also drinking the proper amount of water daily will help you lose weight.
I always recommend doing a cleanse before beginning a new diet, it's like starting a new slate. I found working in an all natural foods store that Garcinia cambogia and Green Coffee Bean are really great used together to burn fat and help curb appetite. There is a lot of hype currently about Coleus forskohlii for weightloss but most people return the product unsatisfied. We can't keep Garcinia cambogia on the shelves, we have people who order it weeks in advance.
There is no fast AND safe way to lose weight, you can either do it fast and suffer the consequences (Stretchmarks, stomach ulcers, esophagus damage, etc.) or do it safely (Proper diet, drinking proper amounts of water, proper exercise.)
