Drop 1 jelly bagel . Bagel puts on fat faster than 2 slice of while wheat bread. Same for Doritos. Not a healthy diet except the breakfast.

Your work out is NOT GOOD FOR YOU!!! You NEED to be getting 2000 calories a day, about 2500 since you're working out! You need to eat more, stop portioning everything, you're on the road to becoming anorexic! And stop counting calories, you also need to eat more for breakfast, maybe a bagel, or half of a bagel with a banana. Breakfast is the most important meal of the day. Also don't skip lunch, and by skipping meals and not eating healthy when you do eat you'll just gain all the weight you lost back 2x as fast. Revise you "diet/workout" with your doctor!

not enough calories. you should be getting at least 1200 kcal per day to lose some weight. also you need to add cardio. That's the fat burning exercise. weight training does nothing towards weight loss I've lost 5 pounds in about a month and half by eating 1200-1400 kcal. I burn 1200-2400 kcal a week My diet: Breakfast: 1.5 cups corn flakes or 1 cup oatmeal 1 cup 2% milk Snack: Fiber bar or any health bar Lunch: turkey sandwich= 2 whole wheat bread, 4 thin slices turkey, 1 slice american cheese. 4 Broccoli spears Snack: Large apple Dinner: 1.5 cups romaine salad, .5 cup mixed veggies from can, 1/3 cup shredded cheese, 2 egg whites from hardboiled egg, Snack: cup strawberries or sometimes sugar free chocolate pudding. Exercise: CARDIO (4-5 times a week) elliptical for 1 hour- 600 calories burned, if you work at a moderately intense rate STRENGTH TRAIN (2-3 times a week) push ups do 2 sets of 15 reps sit ups do 4 sets of 25 (100 total) lunges do 2 sets of 15 reps TRY SPARKPEOPLE.COM!!! HELPS A LOT, with keeping track of calories and you fitness

That's an awful diet. You will get absolutely no nutritional benefit from that and your body will go into starvation mode making you gain weight in the long run. A better way to lose weight is by having a healthy diet, with lots of veg and fruit, and mainly protein and good fats. Try to avoid carbs and bad fats (fried and package foods). This along with lots of exercise and you'll be slimming down permanently in no time!

Sounds kinda unhealthy and completely unsustainable. People are supposed to have variety in their diet. Eating the same thing everyday is never going to be healthy. What exactly are you trying to do? Lose weight? I would go some something that is more satisfying than that or you are going to give up on it...

Losing that much weight in such a short amount of time isn't really practical nor is it particularly healthy. If you lose weight too quickly you'll struggle to keep it off. Using the calculator on this website http://www.bootsdiets.com/ I've calculated that you can realistically lose about 2lbs a week by eating about 1400cals and by burning about 220cals through exercise and should be to your ideal weight by about 20th July. To lose weight steadily and healthily, its important to eat well. You may need to reduce your portions from what you're eating now, or perhaps you could do with eating a little better, either way make sure you're getting the right amount of each food group as shown on this website http://www.eatwell.gov.uk/healthydiet/eatwellplate/ Videojug has a variety of exercises to keep you entertained http://www.videojug.com/tag/fitness-and-weight-loss Pick exercise thats suitable for you that keeps you interested This website is pretty good for getting you started and motivated as well as helping you keep a track of your progress.
